Our first time staying in this hotel
, We chose it because it was 1 of only 3 that had a swimming pool , a call was made the day before we booked to make sure the pool was open, as with previous experience you cannot rely on trip.com to give accurate Information , on arrival we were then informed that the pool was an external business, that a swimming cap was reguired , which we had not been informed of when asking about the pool, this was another 135cny , which made the overall cost more than the Ramada hotel, thankfully the manager of the hotel accepted this responsibility and provided a solution, thank you , everything else had been great upto this point and the front desk staff the next morning were kind enough to shower our daughter with gifts , thank you again, we will book again next time, more prepared

It's a four-star hotel. All facilities are old and outdated. The rooms are not clean and the public areas are even sloppier. I booked two rooms and got a free upgrade. The hotel is in a good location and is convenient for travel. There are supporting hotels nearby. The supermarket is relatively far. Hotel restaurant waiters have bad conduct, poor service awareness and bad attitude👎
