定了兩個房間，被告知衹能安排在兩個不同樓層。OK，房間不可取消的，衹能接受。
早上7點外面馬路工人開始施工敲打，根本沒法休息。兩個房間都是01.02號，吵得不行。看樣子也不是施工一天兩天了，服務員也不告知，也沒耳塞提供，差評。
整個房間隔音很差。隔壁人家五點多起床看日出吧，開門關門敲門真的好吵。

國慶一家四口來海鹽玩住一晚的酒店，全季酒店統一的裝修風格就不多説了，房間比較乾淨，瓶裝水夠多，就是前台一開始沒有讓我們預留車牌號，讓我們白白多出了幾十的停車費，還好衹住了一晚

服務差，涉嫌欺詐，昨晚訂了一間大床房（之前也訂過這家，大床房顯示的是1.8米），辦理入住的時候，前台就説要不要升級，我還以為是免費升級呢，結果要要加49元，我沒同意，然後就給我開了一個邊角的401房間，打開一看，房間好小，床還是1.5的，這家店顯示的大床都是1.8米，這不是欺詐嗎？而且投訴到了全季，一點反應都沒有，看來他們是想我去打消費者維權熱線了。

環境很好，晚上跟老公辦理入住，第二天白天唄裝潢聲音吵醒，不太影響，中午出去吃飯遊玩了下就回酒店，太熱了！但是整個下午都在裝潢實在吵的沒辦法入睡 跟前台也次反應！無奈經理給換了房間 第二天睡了個懶覺！處理問題還是很積極。這個全季靠着吾悦很近。吃飯很方便！樓下也是個公園很方便！

酒店住的很舒服，距離觀海園比較近，打車過去也很方便。
