酒店位置挺好的，我們訂了觀景房，天氣不錯景色也挺好。衹是前台工作人員感覺不專業，一個入住辦理了小半個小時。其實這個景區酒店可以管理的更好的，或許是淡旺季比較明顯景區也無所謂吧。看着景區裏木屋的衰落挺可惜的

酒店位置好找，好停車，沒進城，衞生條件還不錯。就是我們去的時候酒店電梯還沒裝好，搬着大箱子走到四樓差點斷氣，畢竟海拔那麼高，太難了。早餐去吃的時候還在他規定的時間內，可是基本沒有什麼可吃的了，團隊吃完就沒什麼了，除了牛奶稀飯其他都是冷的。對了房間很不隔音，隔壁房間兩個男人聊天到十一點，我們也十一點多才睡。

酒店網上高大上，實際裝修材質最差，酒店熱水沒有温度，沒有法洗頭洗澡，酒店沒有抽紙，酒店床上枕頭衹有一個，洗漱用品過期，擠出來都變質了，酒店毛巾發黃感覺很久沒有洗乾淨過，酒店早餐時間是早上9點截止，8:50去前台告訴用餐截止不能吃飯了，荒郊野外的沒有吃的，非常讓我失望。

離青海湖最近的設施最好，環境最美，服務周到，很有特色的藏式風格的草原酒店太棒了！感謝酒店的小卓瑪的熱情服務，氂牛肉和羊肉也很好吃！藏族小夥子小卓瑪很淳樸，雖然普通話不標準，但是很熱情，真心點贊👍👍👍👍

雖然酒店外面下了大雪，住在裏面非常的熱，有暖氣，非常乾淨，藏族小夥子小扎西也很熱情，把行李都抬到電梯口，真的太暖心了，下次來青海，一定要住這家酒店，告訴大家，這個酒店在青海的海北州金銀灘草原上，達玉國際大酒店強烈推薦💪👍👍

我跟朋友一起來的，我本來定的是精品木屋，她定的親子房，來的時候被告知木屋住不了，太冷了，被迫換到樓層房間，樓層房間要比我定的木屋便宜的多，前台告知是一樣的，我在網上查了，相差70多，顯示有空調，結果也沒有，衹有電暖氣，問了有熱水，結果熱水是限時開的，早上起來的時候還遇上停電，吃飯的地方開車要3、4公里，總的來説，入住體驗一般！

首先前台的小姐姐很是貼心，藏族姑娘，房間很熱，我以為外面冷，房間會冷，出乎意料。房間裏的裝修全部都是藏式風格，洗澡有熱水，信號也很不錯。棒棒噠，下次還來這家店。
