想讓遊客充分鍛鍊身體，沒電梯，衹能提着行李箱爬樓梯；屋裡太温暖了，不能調温，熱的人坐立難安；馬桶緊挨着櫃子，距離緊張，讓人很有安全感；屋內極簡風格設計，床頭沒有插頭，床頭搖搖欲墜，衞生間沒有晾毛巾桿；人工智能燈控，要觸碰很多次才研究明白怎麼用，電視很認生，衹有酒店服務員才能打開；早餐略簡陋，味道一般，建議再加點小鹹菜；沒有氧氣房也沒有提供氧氣罐，前台服務態度也一般…

11年前騎行青海湖，在西海鎮就是住的這個酒店。這次同樣騎行的起點，選擇再次入住。19年酒店裝修改造後，設施更好了。

服務態度特贊👍因為我家先生有高反，將原來3樓房間調到2樓，而且免費把豪華大床升級為豪華套房！房間空間非常大，設施齊全而且新，環境安靜，位置便利，距鎮商業中心和各個景點都很近！

房間還算乾淨，暖氣很足，房間裏面超級熱，晚上睡覺需要開窗户降温。酒店貴在位置好，靠近西海鎮中心廣場，周邊都是飯店，解決吃飯問題比較容易。酒店自帶的早餐很一般，僅限於能吃飽肚子。
