小朋友晚上高反，服務人員主動給我們送氧氣，服務非常好。 而且主動幫我們拿行李。 餐食很好價格也合理。

住宿環境很好，房間對面就是青海湖，房間雖然很小但是打掃的很乾凈，就是餐廳菜品很一般，上菜速度極慢，等了快一個小時一直催才上，本身周邊就沒有其他餐飲選擇，應該把餐飲質量提上去就更好了

一次算是意外的邂逅，住在湖景星空房，多掏了50元在旁邊搭了帳篷，落日湖景非常漂亮。營地設施也比想象的好很多很多。覺得以後就機會還會來的。

作為露營民宿，整體設計非常親子，很多孩子遊樂設施。遙望青海湖很出片。酒店設施還算完備，該有的都有，服務員很親和，服務不錯。表揚一下餐食，有特色且性價比很高！就是有點高反，要不還能多住一天，有點遺憾！

設施：空調機器在房間下面，噪音和振動大，影響睡眠。洗澡淋浴水小的跟小孩尿尿似的，身上的沐浴露都感覺沖不乾淨。燒水壺裡麪臟的都不敢看，也不知道到底裏麪幹過啥。
衞生：房間蒼蠅多，拍死不下五個，還沒拍死完，晚上關燈也飛的嗡嗡響。
服務：前台態度生硬，服務意識差，一副店大欺客的作風。定的房間含2份早餐，衹提供一份，説入住1人衹能提供1份，朋友來了想用餐不行，又加付了30元買了一份早餐，可我明明定的是包含2份早餐的。反正溝通起來她們就是大爺我就是孫子，都是她們説了算。我不想當孫子，所以以後肯定不會再來了，誰喜歡當孫子誰去。
環境：早餐餅和紅薯都是涼的，菜也快涼透了，還是飯點去的，早餐吃的糟心。

絕對的差評，我還很少遇到這樣沒有達到開業標準，那麼草根服務的地方，被刷的照片吸引去，户外滿地狼藉，餐廳隨處可見的垃圾堆，農家樂式裝修和管理、户外的泥巴地鋪着綠色的塑料毯很不平整，太潦草和敷衍，去的時候頂着烈日拖着行李箱自己去前台，走的時候也是自己拖着走，沒有任何服務，打電話要瓶礦泉水怎麼都不接電話，也沒有水賣，早餐難吃，我們要個麪也單獨收20元呵呵，床品也很差是那種太空棉纖維，
更別提其他細節和增值服務了，最可惡的居然是晚上10點半，我們全家人都睡著了、有人一直敲門説，説我們要什麼東西、真的很無語很無語，安全都感覺沒保障，大家出行不要踩坑，這裏要達到可以營業標準還很遠。

其他都好，餐飲味道也不錯，前台接待的服務有待提升，我們定了兩間房，分別收了200的按金，退房時衹還200，另外的200第二天主動問後才退。退房當天有點高反，酒店門口沒有寄存行李的地方，在酒店點餐了計劃吃了飯就拿退房避免來回爬坡拖行李，正在餐廳等餐時接待就沒有一點緩和語氣讓必須退房，衹能扛着高反帶着孩子們來回爬坡把行李拖到餐廳，沒有任何接待幫我們拿行李，服務整體一個不主動不提供
