The floor is very high and the view is very good. The room is quite decent, but the exhaust sound directly above the toilet in the bathroom is a bit noisy. You have to close the door when sleeping. The breakfast is quite rich. It is considered a better hotel in the area.

We had planned on staying at this hotel for just a couple of nights but extended our stay and then returned later in our trip as it was so fantastic. The beautiful hotel is situated in a lovely, landscaped area of Hai Phong with many restaurants and a mall just a short walk away. The rooms were large, very clean and quiet. They also have a balcony where there are tables and chairs. The breakfast - included in the price of our room - was excellent with a wide choice of foods. What really makes this hotel stand out is the incredible service given by all the staff; especially those working on reception. They were incredibly friendly, helpful and researched and found solutions for our travel plans. This hotel is a real gem, do visit if you can.

In terms of décor and comfort, this was the loveliest boutique hotel we stayed in during our 25 days visiting Vietnam. We stayed 2 nights in a suite room which was like a studio apartment – very spacious with a separate living area. We ate dinner at The Bonne Vie restaurant on site which offered good variety of both Vietnamese and Western dishes on their menu and the food was very tasty. Staff were, at all times, efficient and friendly. Reception and Restaurant staff spoke very good English. I would highly recommend this hotel to our family, friends and work colleagues visiting Hai Phong.

A perfect place for tourism and business. Quiet room and very near walking street , old opera , coach , station .... this is a center hotel . Staff were very nice ! And hlpeful. Will recommend friends ! Ps: if you come here , you will feel this place like Nguyen Hue street at HCM city.

It’s still very hearty. The water park not far away is also not open. It’s pretty cute; there are a lot of small crabs on the beach that are hard to catch. Hotel located 5 minutes walk from Haifeng station. Walking distance from the arrival point of the limousine bus (van) from the old town of Hanoi called Hoang Long Express I used. However, it is a little difficult to find because the first floor is a parking lot and the front desk is on the second floor. There are many restaurants around the hotel and there is no problem with food. However, I walked around to hear people, but I couldn't find a currency exchanger... After all, I exchanged money at the front desk. The rate was not bad. It was a kind staff to arrange the Halon Bay tour. It was about 4000 yen per night, but the room was large and comfortable and I felt that it was a hotel above the price.

The decoration has been open for less than 10 months. The room is big enough, new, clean, with a kitchenette and washing machine. It is located in the most central place. Just had an excellent stay here during an overnight trip to Hai Phong. Some highlights: - The location is perfect. A block from the train station, walkable to tons of stuff, and a 5-minute ride to most other things around the city. - Great service from all the staff. - Thoughtfully designed room that creates a sense of privacy & spaciousness at the same time. Full kitchen, drinking water provided, and a very elegant bathroom. - Breakfast wasn't all that great, but it had a few tasty items in the buffet that made it work for me. The building is clearly geared toward Japanese visitors, but it's a pretty great spot for anyone. The only thing that wasn't clear is about the WiFi - we didn't get a signal in our room, but also didn't follow up because we didn't need it, so it may be something obvious that I just missed.
