The room smells bad (I would definitely change it if I were in China), and the air conditioner creaks and affects sleep. There is no way, this is a better hotel in Haiyang City.

Very decent. Only problem is it's location. It's in a residential area with very little to do. However the room is very nice, modern and clean. WiFi is fast and reliable and staff are friendly.

The hotel overall is clean and tidy, front desk service is good.Seems the hotel need to think it can be improved is only one key card pass to the guest and if you forgot to bring the key card then we must wait for the house keeper to open the door.
The other is the restaurant waiters is poor response so the service is deteriorated and much more training is needed.

After finishing the Halong Bay cruise with my wife, we returned to Hai Duong and stayed there. It is a convenient, cost-effective hotel close to the city. The staff are generally friendly too.

Friendly staff. I had to leave the rooms 2 days early. And they refunded me even though it wasn't refundable. The hotel is new and clean. The room is not large. The color of floor is white and black, is not very good for views. The shower have not a box the water go everywhere.

Having a wonderful stay at Mandala Hotel and Suites Hai Duong. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect for me, as it was close to city center and Industrial park. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone having business trip in Hai Duong
