The location and facilities are so good. Before arriving this hotel I drunk and drunk, but this hotel facilities welcomed me warmly. After that I went to sleep and sleep well, over 12 hours🤣🤣

지금까지 어디를 가도 이런경우는 처음이네요. 숙소에 도착하자마자 잠겨있고 한참뒤에야 열어줬는데 숙소는 저희가족만 있는데 주변엔 사람 1도 없고 뭐 그래도 가족들이 있으니 괜찮겠지 했습니다. 방 체크인 하고 들어갔는데 바퀴벌레 시체 발견... 사진만 찍어두고 언능 아이들이 볼까봐 변기에 버렸습니다. 그런데 아이들이 잘수 있도록 침대를 붙였는데 쓰레기랑 먼지가 한움큼... 뭐... 그럴수 있다 했는데 바닥에 먼지가 전체적으로 엄청납니다. 청소도구도 없고 참으려고 했는데 물은 전혀 안나오고 뜨거운물없이 2살 7살 아이를 씻겨야 하는 상황이라 연락을 했는데도 카운터는 전화를 안받아요... 이건 아니다... 2박3일 일정이 최악이겠다 싶어서 내려갔는데 호텔주인 아이들만 있고 그래서 트립닷컴에 얘기했다고 하고 나가서 택시 기다리는데 호텔주인이 화를 내더니 나한테 뭐라 안하고 장모한테만 위협적으로 대해서 밀치며 뭐하냐니깐 자기는 환불 해줄수 없다며 욕을 하는지 뭐라하면서 가더군요... 돈을 내면서 까지 위생 물도 안나오고 냉장고도 없고 슈퍼도 없으며 제일 황당한건 예약을 잡아둬놓고 청소도 안해놨다는 겁니다. 진짜 이런 악질 업체는 트립닷컴에서 소개를 해주지. 말아야한다고 생각합니다. 물이 안나오는거는 동영상으로 찍었는데 동영상 리류가 안되는게 너무 아쉽네요.

4년 전 이용할때 너무 만족해서 다시 이용했는데 코로나때 관리를 안해서 그런지 시설이 많아 노후와 됐습니다ㅠㅠ 다음에 조금 더 개선되길 바랍니다!
