We were satisfied at check in from reception, bell boy & security who help us to open car'door and guide for parking, receptionists were so warm and kind, helping for luggages. We were very impresive with the room's space, all facility clean, good arrangement. My wife love the washing machine 😍😍😍 Everything here was perfect, thanks to service staffs full of supported requires & introduction of local cusine restaurants. The room's equipment would be perfect for a long stay family.

We had planned on staying at this hotel for just a couple of nights but extended our stay and then returned later in our trip as it was so fantastic. The beautiful hotel is situated in a lovely, landscaped area of Hai Phong with many restaurants and a mall just a short walk away. The rooms were large, very clean and quiet. They also have a balcony where there are tables and chairs. The breakfast - included in the price of our room - was excellent with a wide choice of foods. What really makes this hotel stand out is the incredible service given by all the staff; especially those working on reception. They were incredibly friendly, helpful and researched and found solutions for our travel plans. This hotel is a real gem, do visit if you can.

In terms of décor and comfort, this was the loveliest boutique hotel we stayed in during our 25 days visiting Vietnam. We stayed 2 nights in a suite room which was like a studio apartment – very spacious with a separate living area. We ate dinner at The Bonne Vie restaurant on site which offered good variety of both Vietnamese and Western dishes on their menu and the food was very tasty. Staff were, at all times, efficient and friendly. Reception and Restaurant staff spoke very good English. I would highly recommend this hotel to our family, friends and work colleagues visiting Hai Phong.

On the side of the square, near the port, there are many restaurants and cafes nearby, and it is just a walk back to the hotel after dinner. The front desk of the hotel is friendly and welcoming. Ginger water is used to dispel cold and damp, and there is temperature. The mini refrigerator is free of charge. Fruits are welcome. Lobby is small and warm, filled with Christmas atmosphere, ordering a glass of red wine in the evening, and drinking dried fruit, sinking into the sofa and chatting with friends, very comfortable, everything is just right!

Hotel located 5 minutes walk from Haifeng station. Walking distance from the arrival point of the limousine bus (van) from the old town of Hanoi called Hoang Long Express I used. However, it is a little difficult to find because the first floor is a parking lot and the front desk is on the second floor. There are many restaurants around the hotel and there is no problem with food. However, I walked around to hear people, but I couldn't find a currency exchanger... After all, I exchanged money at the front desk. The rate was not bad. It was a kind staff to arrange the Halon Bay tour. It was about 4000 yen per night, but the room was large and comfortable and I felt that it was a hotel above the price.

Just had an excellent stay here during an overnight trip to Hai Phong. Some highlights: - The location is perfect. A block from the train station, walkable to tons of stuff, and a 5-minute ride to most other things around the city. - Great service from all the staff. - Thoughtfully designed room that creates a sense of privacy & spaciousness at the same time. Full kitchen, drinking water provided, and a very elegant bathroom. - Breakfast wasn't all that great, but it had a few tasty items in the buffet that made it work for me. The building is clearly geared toward Japanese visitors, but it's a pretty great spot for anyone. The only thing that wasn't clear is about the WiFi - we didn't get a signal in our room, but also didn't follow up because we didn't need it, so it may be something obvious that I just missed.

The hotel is very nice and the rooms are big, but because it’s not during the tourist season, it’s not very popular. No buffet breakfast. But there is a menu that can be ordered at no extra charge. It’s still very hearty. The water park not far away is also not open. It’s pretty cute; there are a lot of small crabs on the beach that are hard to catch. The restaurants on the beach are not fully open. There are not many choices of snacks. If it is the peak season or the off-season, it is not recommended. Really like Empty city

Due to changes in my itinerary, I temporarily arrived at Paul Chabot Hotel at about 10 a.m. the night before check-in (booking on March 15th) the next day (March 16). The front desk informed me that check-in would normally be at 2 p.m. But seeing that we had arrived, they arranged for us to check in early. The hotel is very clean and unique inside and outside. We originally booked a regular twin room for two nights, but after seeing that the environment was very elegant, we decided to stay in a room with a street view and a terrace for the second night. The room with terrace is very cost-effective, we like it very much😊 We would like to express our gratitude to the two staff at the front desk for their help in arranging our check-in and booking a taxi to the airport at 5:30 in the morning. They also arranged for us to take away breakfast to enjoy in the car. A very loving and considerate hotel😊
