The gentleman at the front desk was dishonest. Sometimes he had a room, sometimes he didn't, and sometimes he would change it tomorrow. He had a cold attitude from the beginning to the end. I stood while he sat. The people at the front desk showed no expression when they saw the guests. Except for a few cleaning ladies, no one took the initiative to say hello to the guests. The washcloths and bath towels in the guest room were disgustingly worn. I asked the waiter for a knife and fork for breakfast, but the dirt on the knife was shocking. The hotel has been open for many years, but there is still a pungent smell of formaldehyde when drawers and cupboards in the guest rooms are opened. I have stayed here no less than 5 times and the experience is getting worse and worse. I will probably not go back again.
