設施很不錯，家庭房是兩間獨立的大床房，中間一個廁所聯通，年初新裝修的，沒有味道。聽爺爺奶奶説推倒重建了4年多，整體維護的相當好，早餐也很豐盛。距離觀潮塘口，非常近，2分鐘100米，回頭潮很震撼。晚上星星非常多。適合2日遊，南北湖徒步+錢塘江觀潮（農曆月初和月中，具體時間看錢塘江大潮小程序，提前半小時候着）。 推薦！

第一次入住這種，挺新奇的，去前台辦理後，會隨機分配到老鄉家裡，阿姨來接我們過去。村子裏很漂亮，家家都是小樓房，很乾凈，早上阿姨給做好早飯，就像家裡人一樣親切，很好的體驗。

3001不錯，景區民宿就是開盲盒，住的是居民自己的房子，由旅遊公司統一管理。我開的那間，地理位置直接出去就能看潮，也有吃的。房間裏衞生也很好，牆體沒有黑點，衞生間是整潔的，沒發現頭髮，床鋪也行。不算太舊。老闆挺好聊天。

房間還好，沒有早餐，房間的門鎖壞的，鎖不上，在三樓錢塘江衹能看到一點點，等於看不到，最可氣的是，我將近12點出去看個夜潮，回來的時候竟然把院子門全部鎖上了，花了錢竟然把我拒之門外，活了幾十歲了，頭一遭碰到，不會再去了

一開始因為定的房型和實際安排的不一樣，和房東説了下，也給協調好了～晚飯在村裡的江海灣漁村吃的，好像是上了cctv的餐廳，第一次吃宴球，味道不錯～～第二天民宿的早餐非常豐富～下次再帶着家裡長者來

住的聆海雅舍，觀潮很近很近。房子是新裝修的，很乾凈，隔壁就有可以吃飯的人家。退房後要去爬山，房東還貼心地給了好幾瓶水。不好的是遊客中心，平台給的民宿電話是遊客中心，來的時候由於觀潮封路，不知道怎麼過來，打遊客中心，一個多小時都沒人接，全靠自己摸索。

樓下大床，樓上小床，適合親子出遊。
早飯很用心，房東很友好。
村子也很漂亮，緊鄰錢塘江，周邊有很多徒步路線。
