The location was good too, nearby the park and 25 minutes far from the camping area too.

雖然衹有一百多的房費，但一張乾淨的大床，也足夠我和娃住了。房間沒有瓶裝水，但有直飲水，對夏天而言，還是很方便的。
出門就是觀潮勝地公園，非常方便，用觀潮小程序查好時間，提前半小時出門就可以了。
最好的還是店老闆:夫妻倆，時刻為旅客着想。一到就主動告知觀潮時間和地點，包括公園免費時間段。最為感動的是，晚上九點了，娃想吃西瓜，但水果店需要經過一段施工路，又很黑，我實在不敢走，衹好跟娃説第二天再吃吧。回到房間不到十分鐘，老闆娘來問是不是要買西瓜，她讓老闆開車帶我去買。老闆娘還解釋説，剛才她把車開車出去有事，現在剛回來。要不剛才就可以帶我去。於是老闆開車帶我去買了西瓜，主動説，孩子沒吃完，可以放進他們的冰箱，明天再吃。
就這樣，經歷了40度高温的白天，晚上吃上西瓜，真是太幸福了。
第二天退房走時，老闆又問是不是要去坐地鐵，他又告知了更為便捷的當地交通工具“潮巴”，穿過門口的停車場，路邊就是。用“海寧出行”小程序，按步驟預約即可實現便宜快捷安全的網約小巴。後來發現杭海城際高鐵也可以到杭州，不用倒車。但由於已經買高鐵票，衹能這樣了。

離景點特別近，就在景區大門口，緊靠停車場，特別方便，看完潮可以回去休息，5點後再進公園，免費。房間不大，住一晚還可以，洗澡水有點忽冷忽熱，其他都不錯。
