停車方便地下停車場很大，早餐品種少而且都是圓桌要別人拼桌，可以不要早餐去1樓硤石味道吃。酒店新裝修但房間感覺沒35平 ，地段不錯出門就是商場

1、主幹道入口太窄，商務車或者考斯特估計進不來。為什麼要這麼窄，駕校考試嗎？
2、進地下室需要180度調頭，車子進出都不方便。
3、前台大廳，剛進來的時候，還以為走錯了，層高太低，現在快捷酒店都不這麼搞了。
4、拖鞋是一個腳的，哈哈。
5、鏡子對着床。
6、早點9點結束，還吃個鬼。
7、在我印象中，凡是這種地名性質的酒店，都是當地最好的酒店，政府招待所，特地跑過來感受一下，沒想到是這樣的。
總結：服務一般，建築設計較差，很多不符合日常生活習慣。唉，浪費了這麼好的名頭。

海寧賓館是老海寧人心靈深處最美好的回憶，現在的設施老城區裏性價比最好的賓館，每次去都住這裏！地下有停車場，二樓的早餐很不錯

酒店位於市中心，出行很方便。住的房間乾淨整潔，床鋪也很舒服，就是這幾天比較熱，空調調整後沒啥作用。早飯品種不算多，但是味道還行。

中規中矩，這個價位，也就這樣的房間了，房間沒有冰箱，不提供洗手肥皂，也沒有洗手液，感覺不太方便。早餐非常失望，應該不定早餐，外面吃的。

設施：海寧賓館鬧中取靜，真正的硤石老味道，他新老 裝修都有。房間裏的傢俱古色古香，席夢思軟硬正好，睡了非常舒服。裏面的軟裝配置也非常的温馨。
服務：態度好👌有家的感覺。
