So far the hotel service is good. Clean and comfortable room. But only the aircond does not function cold... because they are connected with public aircon control? But at least the staff gave me a stand fan...so... everything is good. Location nice. Breakfast is nice too . Staff friendly.

I was on a business trip. I left my backpack with Apple laptop, cash in multiple currencies, passport, handphone in it on the side of the street in front of the hotel, where the Didi pick up was. I realised this only upon arrival of Hangzhou Airport (1 hour+ drive from the hotel). Immediately call the hotel FO and he managed to get it back from the street and safekeeping it until another Didi pick up and send to me in airport. If any management member see this post, please praise the FO. The incident was on 21/1/2025 around 8am.

Right outside nan guan xiang, perfect location if you would like to visit the tourist spot in midnight or morning.
Have food stall right outside and clothing shop, can do some shopping if required

The check-in experience is very good. I always stay at Atour when traveling. The room is big and quiet. There are many types of breakfast and the service is super good😙
