This is the worst hotel I've ever booked on Ctrip in all my years. Barely any of it! Families with children, absolutely do not book here. The room smelled incredibly pungent, and I had a headache all day the next day after one night's sleep! First, let's talk about the location. The hotel's location listed on Ctrip was completely wrong. It was completely off. I called three times to get it right, and each time the location was different! I drove around aimlessly in the middle of the night, following the wrong directions and taking countless detours. There was no staff at the parking lot. The staff on the other end of the phone simply told me the location of the city wall, and then I walked away. There was no shuttle bus, no staff, and I had to drag my child and suitcases from the parking lot to the service center in the middle of the night! The so-called check-in at the service center meant that after registering, I had to enter the scenic area. Once inside, it was pitch black, and there was no staff to even give directions to the shuttle. The check-in process was ridiculously complicated, and it took ages to even get into my room. Checking in late at night was so bad I wanted to call the police! The strong smell of formaldehyde choked me as I entered the room. My throat was dry and itchy after half an hour. The air conditioning in this new hotel wasn't working properly. It took a long time to get a bit cool at 16 degrees Celsius, so I had to set it to 21 degrees Celsius to sleep at night! There were also a lot of mosquitoes. I used the hotel's mosquito coils and sprayed floral water, but my child still got several bites. When I checked in, I was told breakfast was on the first floor. When I got to the elevator that morning, the sign indicated the fifth floor. The breakfast was actually quite poor; even the egg and tomato noodles were completely empty.

Why do I say passive? It means that as long as your questions and requests are reasonable, they will be met and they will be quite enthusiastic. But there are big problems with initiative, as mentioned in the shortcomings. 3. Before I went there, I read some comments saying that the sound insulation was poor. My experience staying in this room type was quite good. The room was large, the bathroom was large, the sound insulation was good, and the air conditioner was not noisy. 4. When the weather is good, remember to return to the outdoor area of ​​Qinyuan (breakfast hall) on the 5th floor rooftop of the hotel at sunset. You can see the sunset, the city wall, the infinity pool and the river. It is a great place to take photos. There is no problem watching the tide. Now let’s talk about the disadvantages: 1. For accommodation in the scenic area, Xuande Gate has a butler service. Before check-in, you will be given detailed instructions on parking information, and there will even be a butler to pick you up at the parking lot. The price of the lead singer is higher than that of Xuande Gate, but it is only higher in the construction of the public area of ​​the hotel lobby. I understand that the main singer may not be able to provide butler service because there are many rooms, but it should not be difficult to inform the hotel guests through the booking channel that they can park in the VIP parking lot of the visitor center first, right? If you are a first-time visitor to the ancient town, Gaode Map will not recommend the visitor center parking lot to you. Instead, you will be directed to other parking lots that are farther away and require shuttle buses. Even if there is a sign at the door of the VIP parking lot of the visitor center saying that the parking spaces are full, the security guard will still let you in if you show your hotel check-in information. There are reserved parking spaces. 2. We agreed upon check-in that the birthday child would have breakfast for the next day, but the next day when we went to the restaurant there was no notification. Although we were finally let in, it did not feel good. 3. The location of the lead singer is quite remote in the ancient town, and the only way to get around is by shuttle bus. There are many people and you have to queue up to wait for the bus, which is not suitable for those who are in a hurry. Especially when checking out, there is a delay in checked luggage, which results in many people having to get on the bus with their luggage, making it difficult to put large suitcases. A reminder when checking in is that you should check in your suitcase a little earlier before checking out to save yourself the trouble later, right? The above three points are what I call the lack of proactive service. 4. It is a flaw of the room. The new hotel that has just been put into operation has some problems with the drainage of its shower rooms, and the long-term prospects are not optimistic.

The infinity pool next to the western restaurant on the fifth floor is amazing and a perfect match for the sunset. There were some minor issues as well. First, the WiFi signal in the room was not good. Even the TV kept getting stuck and the mobile phone was not working smoothly. Second, I was a little surprised that such a brand new hotel bathroom did not have a smart toilet. I felt that there were a few water marks on the toilet seat. Another thing is that the hotel is too big, and more road signs can be set up at every corner, especially in the guest room area, otherwise it would be really easy to get lost. Main restaurant (breakfast room): The waiters are very nice, but they need more training and are a bit silly. There were a lot of people in the morning, and there were no chopsticks on the placemats. My mother and I asked the two little sisters for chopsticks twice, but they didn't provide them. One of them told my mother that they also needed chopsticks, and the other one told me that they were still washing the chopsticks. . . . . Hahaha, it’s amazing, but I wasn’t angry. In the end, we had to get chopsticks from other empty seats ourselves. But it was really silly and cute. Jiang Yuexuan Chinese Restaurant: The food is delicious. Three of us ordered the 458 set meal, which was very large and enough for four to five people. The yellow croaker was particularly tender and cooked to perfection. The pan-fried buns had a crispy skin and the meat filling was well-seasoned. The entire set meal was very good. Thumbs up to the chef's cooking skills. There were three of us dining that night, and the waiters were very nice, waiting patiently for us to finish our meal, and their attitudes were very good. There is a small episode. Next time if the customer orders a whole bottle of wine, you can open the bottle and serve it later (because my dad accidentally broke the cork, hahahaha) Housekeeper Xiao Wei: The young man was very nice. He contacted us before we arrived, confirmed that we would be arriving by online car-hailing, asked for the license plate number, and waited for us on the roadside outside the service center to greet us. He guided us through the check-in process, collected the room card, assisted in booking the breakfast menu for the next day, sent us to the room and explained the facilities. After listening to me saying that I planned to dine at the hotel, he sent me the menu in advance for reference. Quick response to any questions. I must especially mention that Xiao Wei has a bright and sunny smile, which gives people a very good feeling and is sincere, making people happy. After I raised some minor issues with the restaurant, he also gave feedback immediately, which was very proactive.

The ancient town is very large, and hotel guests can take a shuttle bus to the hotel for free. When I wanted to take a bath, I found that the bathtub was not cleaned. After calling the front desk, a staff member came to clean it again in a short time. The guest rooms and restaurant are not connected. You need to go to the lobby on the first floor and then take the elevator to the restaurant. The restaurant has a beautiful view and there are many varieties of breakfast and afternoon tea.
