When we arrived at the hotel in the scenic area, An An took the initiative to contact us and took us all the way from the parking lot to the hotel for check-in. Since we arrived at 2 o'clock and the standard room was not cleaned well, they took the initiative to upgrade us. The room has a balcony, facing the river, with good ventilation. The room is spacious, the mattress can be adjusted to soft or hard, I slept very well, and it was cleaned very well, but the toilet paper is a bit thin. The breakfast was neither good nor bad. Although the dinner was a little expensive, the set meal for two was of high quality. We had big appetites and were full. The dishes were all very appetizing and delicious. Taobao also includes the special dishes of Yanguan. There are shuttle buses for visiting scenic spots. The receptionist at the entrance of the hotel shuttle bus will come as soon as you call, and the service attitude is also very good.

The hotel environment and rooms were better than expected, and the service was warm and attentive. An An and Xiao Zhang, who were in charge of the front desk, came to the entrance of the scenic spot to greet and send us off. They responded to all requests via WeChat, which added a lot of happiness to our trip to Yanguan Chaole City. The only shortcoming is that the hotel and the entire scenic spot are still under construction. The hotel restaurant and some service facilities need to be improved. I believe the hotel will get better and better over time.

房間乾淨整潔，而且很大，一大兩小住的很開心 景區整體商業氛圍不是很濃厚，音樂氛圍很濃 進出都有接駁車，可以減少勞累 5.1期間有這麼美好的體驗還是很開心的

是一家比較新的酒店，在遊客中心辦理入住和行李託運，非常方便，進門就可以遊覽車到酒店大堂，就是都仿古建築，嬰兒推車不是非常方便。房間升級為河景房，還是不錯的，前台登記知曉是兩大一小，沒主動提供嬰兒床或床圍，有點小失望。淋浴的花灑有點漏水，影響了水壓，估計也遺漏了維護工作。早餐真的整體感受欠佳，鬧哄哄的，去的晚了可能還得排隊，但服務員小哥們已經很賣力開幹。整體度假區景色不錯，晚上也很安靜，就餐整體景區也是混亂忙碌的，所以近期不會回顧。

入住是我覺得最費勁的一次，住了太多酒店，這次的感受不太好。總體有以下幾個問題： 1.酒店在景區裏面，勢必停車就是個問題，加上五一假期，人流量巨大，大部分都是從外地開過來的，如何更高效地停好車就是一個點，關鍵停車點還有3個，景區大門口地面、P6和P7，大部分外地人是分不清楚的，如果沒有酒店管家，是不是可以針對五一大人流的特殊情況，發個短訊提示一下停車點的選擇，停車用了20分鐘+； 2.接駁車的地點問題，反覆和酒店聯繫，一直的結果就是P6的1號電梯廳位置，關鍵有好幾個停車區域，正常P6是搞不太清楚的，非正確等待點浪費了40分鐘+； 3.實在沒辦法，自己步行進入遊客中心辦妥了入住，幫我升級了河景房，算是稍微彌補了一下跌落的心情，然後繼續第二段的接駁車，從遊客中心至宣德門酒店，等車地點其實也沒有交代的很清晰，關鍵到了酒店，連哪裡辦入住都不知道（敞開分佈式的酒店設計），然後給一個負責的工作人員吐槽了一圈，好在我離開的時候，“入住辦理”牌子立起來了，也算是建議的一個立行立改吧； 4.酒店第二天的早餐真的比較一般，不管是不是在景區裏面，從整個環境和吃的東西來講，五星水準還是差一點的，包括落座後膝蓋被桌子下面的橫檔撞了好幾次（因為有枱布遮着），整個四方桌，一個面對面沒有橫檔，一個面對面有橫檔，要麼就把橫檔拆除吧，估計還會有人坐下來會撞到膝蓋。 總體問題就寫這些吧，還是希望好好研究一下如何做好旺季的保障吧…

宣德門酒店就在鹽官潮樂之城景區裏面！酒店也是新開不久的但是服務特別周到，入住前一天就收到酒店工作人員的電話➕了微信方便聯繫，告知酒店位置。入住當天工作人員特地在我們約定的時間來門口接，安排我們辦理入住，一路上介紹酒店的各項設施和周邊景點，並囑咐可以隨時安排接駁車去往自己想去的景點！酒店環境優美一步一景，整個江南水鄉的沉靜其中！酒店餐廳就建在河上，可以一邊吃飯一邊欣賞“兩岸春色”，菜品味道也很不錯，雙人套餐可以3人食用，性價比很高！房間面積很大入住非常舒適（特別喜歡床墊的硬度），總體感受非常滿意，無論是帶長輩還是親子都是不錯的選擇👍
