The room is spacious, the mattress can be adjusted to soft or hard, I slept very well, and it was cleaned very well, but the toilet paper is a bit thin. The breakfast was neither good nor bad. Although the dinner was a little expensive, the set meal for two was of high quality. We had big appetites and were full. The dishes were all very appetizing and delicious. Taobao also includes the special dishes of Yanguan. There are shuttle buses for visiting scenic spots. The receptionist at the entrance of the hotel shuttle bus will come as soon as you call, and the service attitude is also very good.

The hotel environment and rooms were better than expected, and the service was warm and attentive. The only shortcoming is that the hotel and the entire scenic spot are still under construction. The hotel restaurant and some service facilities need to be improved. I believe the hotel will get better and better over time.

鹽官新開的酒店，服務非常好，前台謝開敏小姐姐親自來停車場接，並安排我們辦理入住，入住期間客房陳春花服務也很好，我們需要的備品很快就能送到，逛酒店的時候碰到的服務員都會打招呼問候，很親切，潮樂之城有很多場館值得一逛，這次下雨沒有去錢塘江公園觀潮，下次有機會再來

這次帶娃入住鹽官潮樂之城宣德門酒店，體驗感超出預期，尤其適合親子家庭，忍不住好好誇誇～ 酒店環境：古色古香，位置便利 酒店就在鹽官古城裡，緊挨着宣德門，建築是中式古韻風格，大堂裏的木雕、燈籠特別有氛圍感，帶娃路過時還能順便講講古城故事。步行去觀潮點、古城商業街都很近，不用開車折騰，帶娃逛累了隨時能回酒店歇腳。院子裏有石板路和綠植，傍晚帶娃散散步很舒服，鬧中取靜的感覺剛剛好。 服務：周到耐心，有求必應 從入住開始就挺順暢的。有專門的接待員提前一天就聯繫加了微信，告知路線，在我們到達前就等候在門口，帶着我們辦好入住，告知酒店周邊景區遊玩路線等，還幫忙把行李送到房間。 總的來説，這家酒店的位置、環境和服務都很適配帶娃出行，高級雙床房雖不是親子主題，但實用性足夠，下次來鹽官還會考慮再來～

在網上比對後選擇了在宣德門入住，入住前一天酒店主動聯繫我們並加了微信。酒店位於景區內，景色宜人，入住期間可隨意進出景區，且有短駁車接送去各景點，十分方便遊覽。酒店建築風格古樸典雅。房間寬暢明亮，床品支持軟硬度智能調節，十分舒適，衞生狀況整體良好。早餐根據所選套餐品種現吃現做，中餐廳菜餚美味可口。前台及服務工作人員態度和藹可親，尤其是安安小哥從迎接到歡送一路都非常熱情，過程中還經常予以關心，大大提高了我們的入住體驗感！下次來鹽官還會選擇宣德門入住。

這是一趟非常滿意的住宿體驗。 首先就是要狠狠誇獎我們的管家，非常年輕、工作熱情體貼主動積極的小謝姑娘，是我遇到過的最貼心的管家哦。 其次誇誇酒店的環境，非常漂亮古樸，衞生特別好，房間裏提供許多礦泉水，冰箱裏的可樂雪碧啤酒第一罐免費。而且服務也特別好，其中包括主動為我們升級成五人居住的家庭套房、幫助解決門票問題、接駁車司機的熱情服務。還有早餐的工作人員也是非常主動，早飯很豐盛味道也不錯。
