I recently stayed at this hotel on a business trip and had a truly pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel welcomed and well-taken-care-of. In particular, front desk staff member Ms. Liu went above and beyond to assist us as foreign visitors — her professionalism, friendly assistance, and clear communication were outstanding.
The room was comfortable, the facilities well maintained, and everything ran smoothly which is ideal for a business traveler. I hope to stay here again on my next trip and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for reliable service and a hassle-free stay.

Greatest hotel in Haining! Great Service, Polite helpdesk, english speaking people. Great rooms, clean, value for money. 1 thing that we weren't eager to was breakfast. It only satisfy Chinese standartds and doesn't take foreign people into consideration.
