位置在海寧商業中心，對面銀泰百貨商業街，老辦公樓部分樓層改酒店，該酒店使用的五金電器都不錯，淋浴還有温度顯示。不過所謂的智能馬桶有些簡配阿。餐飲和另一家酒店合用的在19層，地方很小，品種也就幾種，不是送的沒必要去買。停車有地下車庫，重點酒店衹提供一張24小時券，臨時進出就要自己出錢了。

房間設施陳舊可以理解，煙味非常重，女士無法接受的重煙味！建議留幾間可以抽煙的房間，其他都禁煙，畢竟公共場所，二手煙太難聞！體驗感非常不好

來海寧看大潮，看房間照片不錯，貌似性價比很高就訂了兩晚。可是比較失望。所以果斷退了第二晚，換成了貴一些的。
酒店在辦公樓上面，破舊的樓和電梯。樓道地毯又臟又破。房間很小，小到我誤以為我是到了歐洲住酒店呢。。。衞生也一般，洗手間看着比較舊。下水道還有些堵了。床品還可以，還算舒服吧。
早飯很一般很一般，種類少，環境臟亂。要自己煎蛋，衹有一個鍋，被佔了很久。餐食上得不及時，八點過去就空空的，還好後來上了一些。廚房的人感覺忙到飛起了，桌子收拾很不及時。
