房間非常寬敞，佈置舒適，大堂布置非常有特色，早餐豐富，餐廳寬敞典雅，院內停車場很大，非常難得。這是一個性價比特別高的酒店，值得推薦。

房間衞生臟不説，我第一次聽説攜程入住需要交按金，一次性拖鞋分房間的價格決定，都是一百多的價格怎麼經濟間就沒有一次性拖鞋？潑天大笑話，前台客服態度極差好像別人欠她錢該她的一樣，房間牙刷就兩個晚上洗漱後早上沒有用的給前台打電話讓送兩個，客房人員送時態度極度不好，我一個消費者，我正常需求怎麼就不行了，這個價格和服務真心不匹配，建議大家不要住她家

上樓走廊有潮濕氣發黴味，床單被罩不乾淨，衞生間有蟑螂，和前台説讓他們處理衞生，去掉蟑螂， 告訴明天處理，服務態度很惡劣。

酒店環境還可以，小地方來講已經算不錯了，還有早餐，雖然品種有點少，但是能吃飽，100多塊錢來講性價比已經很高了。酒店有空調，海倫的酒店不是全部都有空調的！

設施：酒店設施極其不齊全，竟然連一次性拖鞋都沒有，身為商務酒店難道就這樣嗎？
衞生：床頭那邊已經黑了，看着就很不舒服，沒有任何的清理。
環境：環境一般吧，沒有可圈可點的地方，屬於正常環境。
服務：入住時的服務很好，退房時的服務很一般，而且如果有提供早餐，不應該提前説一下麼？到了退房我才知道提供早餐。
總之以後不太想去，希望好好整改一下。
