氣炸裂了，先説衞生，一進屋地毯的味道就好像有東西腐爛到屋裡一樣，地毯黑乎乎的，設施老舊，再説服務，前台那兩服務員跟*****的拉拉個大臉，太氣人了。最主要的是網上提前預訂（沒交錢）比線下價格還高，而且前台不告訴你，等交完身份證了前台告訴你。***，這家店是我見過最奇葩的

每次來基本都滿員。屬於海倫性價比最好的酒店。停車方便，房間寬敞，早餐改進的很多，但還有提升空間，每次結束時間太倉促，後期冰冷也不管，希望更人性化一些，其實很簡單，就是責任心問題！小小的改變，大大的提高，你是可以的哦！

來海倫經常入住，前台的服務態度非常好好，工作人員認真負責，保潔員打掃房間也很乾凈，屋內整潔，總體來説性價比高。

標間有水送，豪華標價格多了反而沒水送。入住當天遇到酒店修理熱水設備，辦入住時沒有提醒，問原因及修理情況也不能給滿意答覆，服務意識有待提升。

住了三天，也不問一下要不要打掃衞生，廁所的廁紙什麼東西都沒有了。還是大晚上跑到前台去，然後才後面才添加的 服務不好，態度不好，前台電話一直打不通，
