The hotel is really simple, that explains the price you get what you pay for. With the room comes a warm bed, excellent customer service, and a good location to explore. As a bonus, the surrounding houses resemble those of the famous Snow Town so you can take pictures there to easily save time and money. The owners are extremely helpful and dinner was delicious. Though the hotel isn’t the fanciest, it has an excellent ambiance and you can’t beat the price. Also fair warning, the toilet will not be a western one. Happy travels

The location of the hotel was great, very near to the plague of Snow town. Overall it was very convenient, the room was clean and comfy. The room was heated, including the bathroom. Our room even had a view of the ski path. The hosts were friendly and thoughtful. The hostess had helped us book transport and other activities around snow town upon asking, even if the communication took quite awhile. She did these out of good will. The host helped us book onsen and also introduced the place of interests while bringing us in from the bus station. Host had even gave us specialty. Overall it was a very nice experience and it’s also the small little gestures that made our stay with them great. We would recommend this place even to our friends.

At first it was hard to find the hotel. But I was surprised that a stranger lady came towards us and help us to find our hotel. The boss, yayang, her mother and waiters there were all friendly. Even gathered to celebrate my birthday there. It was amazing and beautiful place to stay. Quite near to every places you wanted to go. I can say everything is perfect. Will come back next time.

The host was very nice and patiently gave us tips on how to visit the snow town. The recommended Snow Valley was also great and very suitable for taking children. Free lessons on how to make ice by splashing water, and borrowing a Northeastern flower jacket. The price of dining downstairs is also reasonable and the taste is good. The boss is very nice and helped upgrade the room type for free. The hotel is in an easy to find location, just opposite the visitor center. I highly recommend the snow view room.
