We chose to stay at this hotel due to its proximity to the snow village. It is a very outdated and overpriced hotel. For the premium $400+ I spet I didn't feel it was value for money. It seems the owners do not put their money back into the hotel. The carpet was disgusting, the window sill did not look like it had been cleaned in a long time. The sheets had holes. There was a tissue stuck in the wall. It has aingerjng smoke smell. Some fresh paint and a wipe over would do a lot. We made do because we were really there to see the Snow Village and I am glad we needn't spend much time in the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful to my family and I as we do not speak the language. They were able to help us book a return transfer and also an outing for the day. The breakfast was traditional Chinese and the people around us seemed to be enjoying it. The big letdown was the room, it did seem like no money has been put back into the hotel. It could be a very nice place. For the premium price you would think the hotel would have a free luggage service available.

I've experienced it for everyone. We are a family of three. We received a call from the hotel before we arrived in Xuexiang. They asked when they would be ready to receive us. The hotel environment is very good, and the sound insulation is very good. The hotel is located right on Xueyun Street, so you can go out and play. The service attitude is quite good. There are hotel staff waiting for us at the transfer station to help us with the luggage. They kept introducing us. It can be said that they are responsive to our requests. The hotel also provides a state-owned buffet breakfast. This trip was really very happy. I've experienced it for everyone. Come on, everyone!

We were super pleased with our stay at this hotel! The location is superb, room is clean and warm with a lovely view. Best part was the hostess, she was so friendly and helpful all the time. She was generous to upgrade our room to a bigger room on our second night here. The hotel also runs as a restaurant on the first floor, which you can order food right downstairs/outside of your room. The food was yum and in big portion. You can also Borrow their traditional jackets to wear for photos and sleds to play around with. Lovely hotel with the lovely staff, definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

Booked with lower expectations due to other review , but imho it was decent and price was acceptable , there some smell on the bed but I feel is still acceptable for us , the bathroom didn’t have any bad smell and water is hot. Breakfast was average but good enough to fill our stomach.

Room and toilet were clean and tidy. Toilet was squatting type. We slept on the ‘kang’ but room has warmer and humidifier. Basement room has urine smell especially at the corridor. Shower heater only can supply hot water for one person shower at a time. Second person need to wait for another 20-30min before another wave of hot water supply. Staff was very friendly and kind to us. We couldn’t make it for breakfast for the next day due to the excursion, but staffs provided us with boiled eggs and mantou on the go. The exterior view of the cottage was breathtaking, plus the snowing on the next day makes this place so magical. Recommend to those who wanna experience snowing.

The room is super big, at least four people can lie on the kang, and the mattress is very soft and not uncomfortable. As a southerner, I had no experience living in a floor-heated room for the first time. It was too hot to sleep at night, so I moved under the window to sleep well. Later I learned that I should open the window for ventilation for a few minutes half an hour before going to bed. When we booked the room, breakfast was not included. We asked the front desk if we wanted to add it. The supervisor was generous and sent us breakfast for 5 people. Although it was the simplest buns, soy milk, porridge, and small cold dishes, the small dishes were all delicious. The dried tofu was very fragrant, and the mixed lotus root slices were very tasty, sour and spicy, appetizing and refreshing. The scenery near the hotel is also very good, and every shot is very good.

Awesome location! Alight from the bus and the hotel is just right in front. Room is warm and clean. They prepared dehumidifier and heater in the room. Provided sufficient mineral water for everyone. Room is big enough for 4 adults. Highly recommend!

❄️What satisfied me most about this trip to Xuexiang was the Snow Dream B&B. From the moment I stepped into the B&B, it felt like I was back home. The room was clean, tidy and warm, and the decoration was very cozy, which completely dispelled the fatigue of the journey. Very good. Once you booked, WeChat the owner, they will help you arrange shared bus from Zhongyang Street to snow village at 100 yuan per pax per way. Good location. 3 mins walk from the place where the internal snow village bus drops us. It is inside the snow village The room is clean and warm. The bed mattress is thick and comfortable. Wifi and drinking water tap (need to boil before drinking) inside the room. The water heater is working well. 5% discount on meals for in~house guests. Staff are friendly. Foreigners are welcome to stay here. We are a family of 4 from Singapore. Highly recommended. Chinese name of mingsu is 勇者家园。
