Hotels in China's Snow Town, Hailin

Stayed here for two nights, good service, warm and comfortable room, there is a glass zone before entering the room to take off your shoes, and the bathroom takes a long time to warm up again. The water is just right for two people, there are three heaters, one bathroom, two bedrooms. Thank you to the accommodation for including breakfast (there is a free beer cooler in front of the room 😁❄️)

This place was great for a first-time traveler in Snow Village.I made a DIY trip with my daughter.The hotel is inside the Snow town.2 mins walk from the bus transfer to the main entrance of the village.You can go back anytime to your room once tou feel very cold outside.. So covenient❤️....The staff were so polite.You need a translator app so to communicate with them..Plus the owner herself speak english well..Very informative and polite too with all my inqueries about the happenings around ..We have free traditional cloth to wear for the winter,traditional fruit and a sleigh toy to ride ....Sad to say we only stay 1 night..It's not enough to explore..We definitely comeback and stay in this hotel...

Hygiene: Although it does not meet the five-star standard, there is no big problem Facilities: This water heater can only wash one person at a time, and it cannot be washed for a long time. It will be cold if it is not washed for three or five minutes. This really needs to be paid attention to. There are many multi-person rooms in the hotel, six-person rooms and four-person rooms... I have been queuing for a shower for half a day. Environment: The big snowman is nearby, which is very convenient. Service: The service must be full marks. Xiao Nuo, the housekeeper, will pick up and drop off, help pull the luggage, and send the luggage. I brought two children and helped pull it out (people pulling sleds) Overall: The conditions of the scenic area are limited, but the hotel is very good. It is the farthest from the boarding point, but the road is not long. The snow town is very beautiful and you can walk there. It is still a relatively suitable hotel

Super recommended to come to Xuexiang friends to live here! The homestay is very comfortable, the room is very clean, and it is very close to the surrounding attractions. The meal at the homestay on the day of arrival, the price is clearly marked, the amount of dishes is exaggerated, the boss is also very enthusiastic, and the family is very satisfied! Come back next time you have a chance haha

I was absolutely thrilled with the B&B I chose for this trip! Location-wise, it's incredibly convenient with easy access to transport, and plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Stepping inside, the place was impeccably clean and tidy, which immediately made me feel incredibly comfortable. The room was quite spacious and beautifully decorated, making for a very cozy and relaxing stay. The owner was truly the highlight – so genuine and provided incredibly attentive and thoughtful service. I accidentally broke a small item, and the owner was incredibly understanding, not making a fuss at all and even reassuring me not to worry about it. Staying here felt just like being at home, utterly peaceful and safe. I'll definitely be staying here again if I'm ever in the area, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

Best service we’ve received so far in China, the owner went all the wag to helped us arranged transports, luggage carriage, helped us so much throughout the trip in china snowtown, the experience is so much better with them, 10/10 would come back to them!

My family were new to north eastern China, and were welcomed by the hotel and staff, who assisted us with our many heavy luggage to the shuttle bus stop. They helped us book day tour to nearby attractions outside the snow town, and also transport to Harbin. When leaving the hotel, I forgot my back pack and fortunately the hotel staff noticed and called me on my phone and even brought it to the shuttle bus stop so that I can grab and go without missing my bus. Many thanks to boss and staff!

The hotel's location is excellent. A staff member was waiting for us at the station upon arrival to escort us to the hotel, which was a very thoughtful touch. The hotel offers paid transfers and can also assist with arranging various excursions and activities (at an additional cost). The staff were always incredibly helpful with any queries or needs. Hot water for showers can be a bit limited, especially if multiple people are using it; you might need to conserve it or wait for it to reheat. However, even with four of us, careful usage was manageable. The breakfast was simple yet delicious and not greasy, featuring items like white and wheat porridge, dumplings, boiled eggs, stir-fried potatoes, tofu, Youtiao (Chinese crullers), bread, steamed buns, chicken strips, various toppings for porridge, and hot soy milk. If you inform the hotel staff of your intended destinations in advance, they can assist with planning and arrangements. The room was clean, the bedding comfortable, and the space was generous. Housekeeping was done daily. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

This B&B is truly wonderful! First, let's talk about the windows. They're quite nice, with two large windows. In the morning, I'd open the curtains and the light was so bright and comfortable. In the evening, I could sit by the window and gaze out into the distance – it was much better than being cooped up in the house. And then there's the food. The home-cooked dishes were incredibly fragrant and really good. I was just pressed for time and didn't get to try the iron pot stew. I'll definitely try it next time. Overall, it was a great stay here. I'd definitely stay here again!

The location is excellent and is about just 100m from where the bus stops. It is situated within the central street where all the actions are. The room was clean but basic. The view from the wndow of our room was simply gorgeous - picturesque snow mushrooms. Staff were very polite and helpful. The young man at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. He suggested what activities worth doing, and made all the necessary arrangements for us - transport, tickets and etc.. At his suggestion, we therefore visited Datudingz Mountain and Snow Valley - the two must visit places when staying in Snow Town. He also helped with the arrangement of our transportation to Harbin, our next stop. Coming to the not so good, we paid a 5 star price for a 2-star homestay type accommodation. While this is understandable, as the hotels here operate at most five months of twelve, during winter only, the amenities provided could be better and be better maintained. There was a foul strench from our toilet throughout our stay. Accessories were loosely secured due to wear and tear but should not be the excuse of leaving them.unrepaired. Disposal towels rather than proper towels were provided. These were thin and insufficient at drying the whole body. Also, there was only one piece provided per person for a two night stay, so no daily fresh towels.That said, I guess that most or all of the motels in Snow Town are of that state. Hopefully, this review will encourage some improvement.
