The location of the hotel is really good, it is 10 min walk from the city and the dream home.
However, the cleanliness of the room is terrible. When we arrived in the room we have found hair on the pillow and a lot of beetles on the side of the window. I had to catch them and release them out the window. Additionally, the floor was very dirty, a lot of dust and hair.
Regarding the breakfast, it was very poor, the choices were very limited and the food was cold.
If there was a shuttle bus from the hotel to the city or the main gate would be perfect, especially for the luggage.

We chose to stay at this hotel due to its proximity to the snow village. It is a very outdated and overpriced hotel. For the premium $400+ I spet I didn't feel it was value for money. It seems the owners do not put their money back into the hotel. The carpet was disgusting, the window sill did not look like it had been cleaned in a long time. The sheets had holes. There was a tissue stuck in the wall. It has aingerjng smoke smell. Some fresh paint and a wipe over would do a lot. We made do because we were really there to see the Snow Village and I am glad we needn't spend much time in the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful to my family and I as we do not speak the language. They were able to help us book a return transfer and also an outing for the day. The breakfast was traditional Chinese and the people around us seemed to be enjoying it. The big letdown was the room, it did seem like no money has been put back into the hotel. It could be a very nice place. For the premium price you would think the hotel would have a free luggage service available.

Expensive yet customer service was bad. Location of hotel is really far away from entrance and you can only walk there while carrying your baggages. No transport provided. Breakfast buffet was limited and food were not warm. Good thing is entrance to hot spring is at the first floor of the hotel which is convenient

The hotel was located right at the end of Snow Town therefore it was a fairly long walk from the town. It is a very typical Chinese hotel where no one speaks English. Looks really Communist :D The room was ok but the carpet was filthy as it doesn't look like it was ever cleaned. However, the bathroom was clean & the bed was quite comfortable. The window sills were also filthy so were the curtains. Unfortunately, our toilet bowl was blocked & the water overflowed but the housekeeping were nice enough to come help unblock but when they couldn't they got the technician to come so we spent the whole night awake to finally realised that the previous guest flushed a toothbrush down the toilet.
Breakfast had limited selection & although it said breakfast was till 9am but before 9am, there was no food left. It is ok for a night or 2 stay but I won't recommend any longer than that.

Hahaha, I thought it was one of the best hotels in Xuexiang, but the room was in a mess. The bed sheets and pillowcases were all stained, and there were even face towels left by previous guests in the bathroom. The funniest thing is that there is no hot spring in the Forest Hot Spring Hotel. All of them are out of service. To be honest, there is no sign of repair, and the hotel did not take the initiative to inform in advance. The breakfast is barely enough to fill you up, but that's all. I can only say that this "hotel" spent 3,000+ and lived in loneliness. The only consolation may be the snow scene outside the window.

The hotel is in Xuexiang. Although it is not on Xueyun Street, it is very close to the street. You can walk 300 to 400 meters to get there!

The location of the hotel is super good. The housekeeper came to help me take my luggage and sent it to our room. The room was also very clean and tidy. Thank you so much. I didn't think it was so safe for two girls to go to Xuexiang. I didn't expect the scale and management here to be so good. There is no need to worry at all. I had a lot of fun!
