location agak jauh dari gate snow town.. kena jalan kaki... tiada yang akan jemput anda di gate.. anda kena cari sendiri which one their hotel. their hotel is infront of this gate... i ask the lady, how to book the bus to the snow town, the lady suggest me to hire private transport, hire a driver it cost 2000 yuan per car.. unfortunately, the driver did not follow our schedule, he refuse to drop us at shop or anywhere we want.. but when come back to harbin, he waste lot our time, pick his stuff, he drive like crazy..

A very good experience for a 2 nights stay. Owner was helpful in booking trips and car, staffs were friendly. Free sledge and costumes for photos. Overall it’s a very local experience. =)

Best service we’ve received so far in China, the owner went all the wag to helped us arranged transports, luggage carriage, helped us so much throughout the trip in china snowtown, the experience is so much better with them, 10/10 would come back to them!
