The facilities are average, even the shower is not easy to take. It is the same level as a motel. But the service is very good, warm and homely. The location is not the most central, but it is not far away. It is quiet in a busy place! Overall it is acceptable.

Price I agree that New Year’s Eve is expensive, but your price of 4,400 for two nights is on par with other B&Bs. Are you joking? 2. Geographical conditions Huge difference. It's on the edge. It's only ten minutes' walk from the center of Xuexiang. This is the only hotel that doesn't turn on the lights at night. It's dark and it's really painful to drag the suitcase on a snowy day. 3.Accommodation environment I really can't stand it. The tables in the room are all the small kang tables that we were given when we asked for them. Things are scattered on the bed and window sill. The toilet is huge, not ventilated, dirty and filthy. The most outrageous thing is that the door cannot be closed and requires special force. I closed it after the second click. It was extremely hot at night when I fell asleep with the window open. It was cold with the window closed. The key point was that the room was so small and so ridiculously noisy with no soundproofing.** There is only one trash can and no pillowcases. Their own people play loud music outside at noon, making it impossible to sleep. They either go to bed very early and the hall outside is completely dark, or it is very late and they dance in the hall at night. There are only three charging ports, and one of them is broken. The water in the shower is very small. There is no place to put clothes in the toilet. The place for washing is still ice water. The pit is cracked. I’m really convinced. The door lock is a traditional key lock. It's dark in the corridor at night and you can't see the lock seam at all. The TV is still broken The room is very small. The suitcase is placed on the floor and no one can walk through it. I have to lie on the bed to walk. It is really suffocating and I can't live at all. 4.Service Not to mention anything else, there are no clothes hangers in the room. When I asked them for clothes hangers, they only gave me three. Not to mention that there was no place to hang clothes in the room. Are you going too far with being so fussy? 5. Price of dishes A vegetarian dish starts at 68, while a meat dish costs 98. The most regrettable thing is that I didn’t take more photos. I only had a small corner because it was so dirty and messy that I couldn’t stand it. I had no desire to take photos. The suitcase was placed on the ground and people couldn’t walk through it. It was so cramped that I really didn’t think of taking photos at the time. I regret it now. Really lightning protection This is the worst and most expensive B&B I have ever stayed in! ! ! Every day when I return to the B&B, I feel full of resen**ent. I regret it terribly before going and after leaving. It really affects the travel experience. Today is already the third day since I left the B&B. When I wrote this review, my hands were still shaking with anger. I was really speechless. After staying in this B&B, I felt like I never wanted to come to Snow Country again in my life. Accommodation with a kang is readily available for more than 2,000 yuan. It is understandable that it is expensive during the peak season, but the room shown is 3.5 meters in size and can accommodate 5 people. In fact, the kang is not that wide and can accommodate 4 people! The accommodation here in Xuexiang is the most expensive room I have ever stayed in, with the worst room facilities and inn services. The reception has no smile or enthusiasm. It feels like it doesn't matter if I can't live in it. There are still many marks on the sheets that cannot be cleaned. Some rooms don't even have tables or stools, and the washbasins in the bathrooms don't produce hot water. The conditions are extremely rudimentary! We accept such a high price, but the corresponding supporting facilities and services should also keep up!

I spent 1,600 for one night, but there was no water to take a shower. Even if I washed my face, there was no clean basin, not even a bottle of mineral water. The toilet is like this. Even if this wash basin comes in, it will be like this.

I booked a room for over 1710 per night. Let's not talk about the high price. It's just that the facilities in the room were terrible. "The kang wasn't hot, and even the running water was intermittent, so I couldn't take a shower." A meal with a few ribs, a few pig's trotters, some potatoes, and a stew in the restaurant cost 400 yuan (pictures below). Looking at the previous reviews saying that they would give away frozen pears or something, it's just nonsense. There was nothing there. It was very, very bad... I don't recommend coming to this restaurant.

Xuexiang is really beautiful! We have been here many times, and we stay in this hotel every time! It's really good! We have stayed in other people's houses before! If we compare, we still recommend this one! The rural elements of Xuexiang are authentic! The indoor environment is also close to life! Everyone's physical examination is different, we highly recommend this one!
