Hengdaohezi Jie'er Homestay

A very satisfying stay, and incredibly affordable! The room was a suite! It had the feel of an ancient dwelling! We stayed in room 808. The entrance led to a living room, presumably the kitchen, with a mahjong table. Then, into the room, which had an electronic door lock. 👍 The entrance led directly to the living room, with the bathroom on the left. Going forward, there was a large kang (kang bed) 😄 that could probably sleep at least four people. Further ahead, there was a bedroom with a double bed and a window overlooking a small garden. Across from it was an old photo studio! 👍 Hengdaohezi is definitely worth a visit. The people are so down-to-earth and welcoming! The prices are really affordable! The food is also cheap! The restaurants in the village are open to all, and all prices are clearly marked, making them reasonable. Some even list the portion size, and the portions are generous! The food was delicious! The Jierguan shuttle station is very important! The high-speed rail goes east from Hengdao, and it's about five kilometers to the village. Didi is unavailable, so taxis are available, and the driver said there are no meters. It's a 20-kilometer taxi ride to the village. The Jierguan family is incredibly hospitable! Very popular! It’s comfortable to live in!

It was my first time in this town, and I was completely captivated by the owner's hospitality. We called him right after we got off the high-speed rail station, and he drove over to pick us up. ✨Environment: The courtyard is very atmospheric, with two photo-op walls inside and outside, perfect for young people. There are several rooms, swings, and a gazebo. That night, the owner even set up a bonfire and fireworks 🎆, and even played karaoke. The evening breeze, the swings, the fireworks, the bonfire, and the karaoke left a lasting impression on me...it was completely different from the bonfires of thousands of people in Inner Mongolia. Since it's on the first floor, spiders and bugs are unavoidable, but the bathroom was very clean, which is another key aspect of my stay. The hot water was always available. I heard the entire town shuts off its water at 10 PM, but theirs didn't! 👍🏻 A thumbs-up for that! ✨Service: The owner was incredibly kind. He always provided us with daily necessities, including disposable towels, if we asked for them after we used them. The next morning, we went to the Siberian Tiger Park, and the owner drove us there! A wonderful surprise! ❤️ ✨Travel: It seems there's no online taxi service in the area. Taxis in Hulin Park are a flat 20 yuan, and they're sorted by order, so it's quite orderly. ✨The owner is also expanding several B&Bs. I wish him good luck! Several people have already asked me for travel tips and accommodations. Hahaha, I highly recommend it. ❤️

The boss is warm, thoughtful and attentive. When my family member had a fever at night, he brought me antipyretics in time. Thank you very much.

The B&B is ideally located, close to various tourist attractions, and the rooms offer stunning mountain views. The scenic area boasts not only beautiful natural scenery but also rich cultural heritage. The room facilities are brand new, and the owner is incredibly kind. Not only did he provide free transportation, but he also gave us organic cucumbers grown on site every day. I sincerely thank him for his hospitality.

The B&B is in a great location. Aside from Tiger Park, which is a 20-yuan taxi ride away, all other attractions are within walking distance. The rooms are incredibly clean and tidy, completely different from my typical B&B experience. Those who aren't particularly mysophobic don't need to bring disposable bedding; it's spotless white. Disposable toiletries, slippers, towels, and a toilet seat are provided. Three generations of family have run the B&B, and the staff are incredibly friendly. I asked the staff for recommendations for every meal: the generous portions at Pinwei Ju, the spicy hot pot, and the iron pot braised pork ribs by Manager Liu were incredibly delicious. They even added two extra dishes and four flatbreads because the B&B recommended it. I'd definitely stay here again.

The B&B is very quiet, conveniently located near the snack street and the entrance to the Banshanpo Tunnel. It's only 456 meters from Hengdaohezi Station, passing the century-old Qingshui Malatang, Hengdao Coffee, and convenience stores. Dining is very convenient here, and it's just a short walk from Banshanpo. The town center is quite small. On the first day, the owner picked us up at 8:30 AM and drove us directly to the Tiger Park. We had lunch at Qingshui Malatang, then took a taxi to the Linhaixueyuan ticket office at 1:00 PM. We ate at Jinshun Restaurant in the evening. The next day, we checked out after 10:00 AM. We spent a half-day tour of the town and booked a bus back to Harbin at around 3:00 PM. I should have booked a bus back to Harbin at around 6:00 AM, but I didn't check in at the motorcade.
