It's a new house, with red decoration keys! The room is clean, tidy, comfortable and warm, and the decoration is luxurious, elegant and fashionable! The bath water is very comfortable and there is a washing machine! There is also an elevator on the second floor!

房間的床，沒有1.8米，是1.5米的。衞生間的插座完**露出來，很危險。衞生間的水龍頭出來的水，都是銹掉的。整個屋子找不到鏡子。沒有吹風機，WIFI還是壞掉的。真的一言難盡。

房子是新裝修的沒錯，但是還達不到好的標準，首先這邊的位置大有文章，我定位選的是永安附近的住宿，攜程上顯示距離550米，可最後和商家溝通完後讓發一下位置，距離雪鄉103公里，我當時看完天塌了，本來定永安距離雪鄉就15公里，一會會就能到，想的雪鄉玩遲一點出來，可是後面不得不早早出來，想的退單吧和商家溝通説不給退，可能他們知道自己的這個位置有點尷尬，我後面看來那邊但凡搜永安附近的有好幾個民宿都是這樣説離永安都幾百米，但實際上都是在100公里的長訂鎮。
再説一下房間，房子是新裝修，但是地板不是很乾凈應該不是每天都拖的收拾，我是習慣地暖穿襪子走，一會會襪子就黑了，衞生間也沒有鏡子，比較不習慣，
老闆服務還是可以的，我説沒無線網嘛，老闆一直強調是壞了，但是我看了接線口是沒裝，後面老闆也拿來一個無線盒子，雖然也插上也沒網，但是態度是好的，所以要做好民宿，該有的還是要準備的，不能想想湊合吧

新房民宿，環境很好，非常乾淨，但是有些地方還需要用心，沒有煙灰缸，沒有衣掛，沒有吹風機，沒有wifi，電視衹是擺設，沒有遙控器，不能手機投屏，希望以後能改進，以後去長汀釣魚還會入住。
