My family were new to north eastern China, and were welcomed by the hotel and staff, who assisted us with our many heavy luggage to the shuttle bus stop. They helped us book day tour to nearby attractions outside the snow town, and also transport to Harbin. When leaving the hotel, I forgot my back pack and fortunately the hotel staff noticed and called me on my phone and even brought it to the shuttle bus stop so that I can grab and go without missing my bus. Many thanks to boss and staff!

I contacted the boss on Weixin and he is helpful to reply my questions promptly. He helped us book the tour and car for our day trip to the snow mountain. The reception staff was also very polite. The breakfast is simple so do not expect it to be like big hotel buffet breakfast. The water heater needed to wait for a while after someone finished shower The location is near to the Main Street and bus drop off and pick up point so it is very convenient for the guest.

The location is nearby the street, it’s very convenient, behind the hotel is a river and mountains views, the hotel is clean and the people here is friendly. No regret at all. Love it.

The room is very spacious. Stayed underground. Air conditioning, open the windows as desired. The receptionist is friendly. Breakfast is provided. Near the fireworks, near the rocks and the activity area.
