We chose to stay at this hotel due to its proximity to the snow village. It is a very outdated and overpriced hotel. For the premium $400+ I spet I didn't feel it was value for money. It seems the owners do not put their money back into the hotel. The carpet was disgusting, the window sill did not look like it had been cleaned in a long time. The sheets had holes. There was a tissue stuck in the wall. It has aingerjng smoke smell. Some fresh paint and a wipe over would do a lot. We made do because we were really there to see the Snow Village and I am glad we needn't spend much time in the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful to my family and I as we do not speak the language. They were able to help us book a return transfer and also an outing for the day. The breakfast was traditional Chinese and the people around us seemed to be enjoying it. The big letdown was the room, it did seem like no money has been put back into the hotel. It could be a very nice place. For the premium price you would think the hotel would have a free luggage service available.

As long as there is transportation, it is very convenient to go to Yabuli/Ice and Snow Gallery/Shili Gallery/Dajzi Mountain/Xuexiang Transportation: If you don’t have a group tour/drive by yourself, you can contact the hotel in advance to arrange pick-up (at your own expense) Hotel: High cost-effectiveness, very comfortable, and pleasant scenery~ You can play snow skating and splashing water to make ice in the hotel When we went out to play, the aunt was worried that we were not dressed warmly enough, so she helped us add thick warm-keeping stickers When we arrived at the scenic spot, the aunt was worried that we bought expensive tickets, so she helped us contact people to buy tickets When we returned to the hotel, the aunt was worried that we were uncomfortable, and she also gave us cold tea When you go out, you just have fun. There are really few hotels with such a human touch! Next time I come, I will stay in Jingbei. If you want to stay in Xuexiang, there is also Jingbei~

During the Spring Festival, my family and I came to visit Xuexiang. Choosing Yundingxue Hotel was the right choice for us. First of all, the hotel has a superior location, clean and spacious rooms, sufficient heating, warm and thoughtful service, and the proprietress often personally recommends beautiful attractions such as Da**zi Mountain and Ice and Snow Gallery. Secondly, it must be mentioned that the dishes here are so delicious that people linger, and the unique cooking method makes the dishes taste excellent. If you want to taste authentic Northeastern cuisine in Xuexiang, Yundingxue Hotel is a great choice, come and try it.

At first it was hard to find the hotel. But I was surprised that a stranger lady came towards us and help us to find our hotel. The boss, yayang, her mother and waiters there were all friendly. Even gathered to celebrate my birthday there. It was amazing and beautiful place to stay. Quite near to every places you wanted to go. I can say everything is perfect. Will come back next time.
