I placed an order for my colleague, and it was very good. It was the best hotel in the area, so there would be no problem. The service was very good in all aspects, the room was large and clean, and the breakfast was great.

Nice hotel definitely not a 5* level. Big spaces and all facilities are there but overall it looks old and need refurbishing. Food good but basic. Room must be surely upgraded. There is no coffee machine but only boiler. I see it more as a corporate hotel rather than a place where enjoy your free time.

The hotel is overall good but i didnt receive the points after the stay. i have contacted the customer care but until now no response such a poor service. there is nothing to tell bad about the hotel. the service is good.

Very big and beautiful hotel, service is good Abdullah the hotel quality manager handle our reservations in very good way and make our stay very good Food is very good and much variety, minibar was free for our suite room Thanks for everyone at millennium

OK hotel for a layover Some anticipation issues with rooms. A lot of missed items with Room Service Friendly staff Good breakfast Location far from center of Hail but well connected to highway Would stay again but hope not to have to ask for basics.

The staff and atmosphere was good, but the sink was broken. The location is bad. Very far from everything. Quite and peaceful. Starbucks inside not the real one but most of the drinks are not available.

The hotel is more than wonderful, more than five stars, and the staff are very wonderful, and the employee Saad is excellent in service and dealing. The rooms are big space and clean, the breakfast is delicious, and the room service is excellent. We will visit again, God willing.

The hotel is lovely. Well apportioned. The restaurant, for dinner is absolutely sub par. Expensive and very poor quality tasting food. If staying here, I highly recommend dining elsewhere. We will be coming back to stay here in our drive back to Rihayd, but we will not make the mistake of having dinner here again.

The hotel is very luxurious and elegant, and it is the most luxurious hotel in the city of Hail. The staff were helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel is close to the university, and about 20 minutes away from the center of Hail. I was greatly disturbed by the fire alarm at seven in the morning.

Great rooms, Spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is a bit far from the downtown, you will need to rent a car for commuting. The staff are friendly and would attend to help you all the time. Good location for those who are interested to discover historical locations within Hail region.
