The room is clean, tidy, bright and fully equipped, especially the bedding is very comfortable, very satisfied! Service: The service is warm and thoughtful. The girl is excellent and polite. Any problems will be solved in time and drinks will be given as a gift. Environment: The only thing is that it is not very soundproof. You can hear the sound of faucets running and voices in the rooms next to each other. It is very torturous to meet some people who come in the middle of the night. I hope Yaduo can put more effort into soundproofing, because your Bedding has already created a brand with a certain market share. To build Sleep Bar, I think it must be quiet, soundproof, and bedding, so that it can perfectly interpret Sleep Bar!

After we update to a large family suite room (x2 room) , it was well maintained , cozy and comfortable. Toilet is privacy too. Location was very very convenient and walkable to most attractions too.  A special compliment to a customer service young lady 小姐姐 at the counter. She’s young and passionate about hotel management and her helpfulness in assisting us to local attractions. Her enthusiastic energy really need appraisal. Her work behaviors really an asset to Zizai Music hotel.  Highly recommend to guests who booked with them. I’ll believe you be well taken care of. 

Best location ever is just right above the Qilou street which you can see the best street view. Many tourists purposely came to the third and 4th level for the photoshooting. Service is good.

A hotel with a relatively high cost performance in Haikou. The decoration feels a bit like a five-star hotel. The price is very favorable, which can be said to be very favorable. The location is close to the International Trade Center, which is in the city center, and is very close to Friendship Sunshine City and Parkson City. There is a snack street next to the door, and there are many delicious Hainan local restaurants nearby. The room is also clean and comfortable. Xiao Li at the front desk of the hotel is very friendly and can also store luggage. Except for a little too many people, the overall feeling is good.

A very enjoyable stay. The front desk staff are all very friendly and helpful, especially 小李 and 小曾, always very patient in listening to my needs and taking immediate actions to assist us. My WeChat app can’t work to pay the rides, they not only provide advices but also took an extra miles to get me a car/ taxi when I was hurrying to get my father in law to travel. The security guards were equally great in assisting to him in getting on or off the car. Indeed, a remarkable hotel will not be missed with the service. The dim sum restaurant is also fantastic. Food is superb.

I booked a suite and drove over from Sanya for fun that day. I ran into a group that signed in that day. When checking in, the guy at the front desk said that you just need to wait in line at the back. Then we queued silently for ten minutes, and then seeing the other two tables were empty, I couldn't help but ask if you can't do it here, and the front desk asked if you are individual guests... Then the order could not be found. I was very angry at first. This aspect should be improved. After entering the door, the first thing I saw was the decoration made by the aunt! Very considerate! And I love it the most! It's completely aesthetic! We had a dinner party that night, and we ordered more bath towels and made the night bed, which also made the aunt very troubled. Came at night, it’s not cold outside. As soon as you get out of the elevator to the front desk, there is warm air ～ Super intimate ～ The courtyard outside is really suitable for taking pictures ～ The room has a separate small yard and a large bathtub. Living in it feels that the world is very quiet ～ is very suitable for yourself to relax. Couples' private space, family come to ～ I feel that you can have dinner in the yard with some barbecue ～ hahahaha

The front desk service is good, hygienic and clean, the hotel environment is very good, not bad, the equipment, facilities and hardware are very good. I will come again next time. It is mainly close to the East Station and it takes about seven or eight minutes to walk.

Starting my day with a satisfying breakfast definitely set a positive tone for my daily adventures. Though the overall service at the hotel was just okay, there was one staff member who stood out and made a significant difference in my stay - Kitty. Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself. On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.
