Hot spring Hotels in Haikou

Huge hotel, rooms are big and nice. Food in restaurants good quality and seems reasonable. Staff are super nice, in all areas. Our special compliments to Heidy Hon ( 韓燕琴) who worked at the front reception-was polite, patient and more than willing to help. We were totally impressed with her good service They do need some staff with knowledge of English. The Hot Springs are clean and quiet but it needs more lighting at night. .

The hotel in general is fantastic but my bedroom had little insects and I got bitten or stung by something at midnight. The food was amazing specially the breakfast, quite international and tasty. The hotel had a variety of amenities but many of them are extra paid which is something you're not expecting when you book a 5 start hotel. In any case great for a weekend getaway.

I came to this hotel during the summer of 2022, and they were working on the beach, but we still had access to it. I wanted to return because it was a very relaxing experience. I returned for the 2023 Spring Festival, and it was even better because the beach had been renovated. This trip was very relaxing and enjoyable. I would return to Haikou Shangri-La because the staff and other guests were friendly and helpful.

It feels very good, and the breakfast is also very rich. The hotel environment is very suitable for check-in. We live on the eighth floor and can see the river when we open the balcony door. The night view is beautiful especially. There are Sichuan cuisine, Yunnan cuisine, barbecue, and Beijing copper pot nearby. Shabu-shabu. It’s very pleasant to walk downstairs to eat and drink some wine in the evening. After eating and drinking, walk back to the hotel to wash up and go to bed/::Z Don’t be too comfortable😌

Almost ok except my room the tv not work call housekeeping to fixed they fixed aout one hour and tell me not work and give me to remote stand on behind tv to select tv channel and til to mid light and no excuse but anyway to front counter staff is very nice to answer my all question is ok next time will come. Again.

Super warm hotel, backed by the sea, sea view room with invincible sea view, soaking in hot spring and watching the sea cruise 🚢 is very healing. The most recommended thing is that the hotel is very warm; because the nucleic acid did not come out in time and missed the flight, I will be delayed until 18:00 for free and then check out to catch the next flight. What else is Sanya Wanning? The hotel is on the Yingbin Peninsula on the west coast at the junction of Chengmai in Haikou. The Chinese tropical style, the old garden trees are dense, the children's paddling pool and the hot spring pool are very shady, and they are not afraid of hot days. Through the gardens, swimming pools and hot springs, the beach promenade is printed into your eyes, the sea breeze is blowing in the morning, the sun is not coming in, the shallow yellow beach, the blue coast, don't be too beautiful. At sunset, remember to go to the Book Yoga Hall on the 9th floor of Juhuayuan to watch the sunset. Half-Jiangsu Sesse half-Jianghong, reflecting the building on this side of the hotel, coconut trees, beautiful. When I went last year, the book yoga hall was not open yet. Now there is this venue and the activities are more abundant. The proprietress of the yoga hall is very good, and children can also draw fans and stick lanterns there. I can also make an appointment for a yoga class when I have time. It is a great experience to do yoga with the beautiful scenery of the sea and the sky! The only drawback of the hotel is that there is no business around, the cockroach can eat at the hotel, there are not many choices, and the production is average. But the dumpling restaurant at the entrance of the hotel is very good, and the pineapple buns that are released in the afternoon are also very good, 6 yuan a. This area is Haikou Lengmen Resort. It takes about 30 minutes to drive to the city. During the National Day, there are not many people. It is quiet and refreshing. Think about the room rate of more than 300. Breakfast is included. There are so many facilities and scenery. What can you say about those small shortcomings? One-fifth of the price in Sanya, but at least one-half of the experience, the price is absolutely high, I will recommend it to every friend who goes to Haikou!

The hotel is very large and lavish. Unfortunately, due to the bad weather, I just passed by and stayed here for one night. If I have the opportunity, I will consider booking this hotel. The hotel environment and supplies are spacious and cozy. The toilet is very large and the bathtub has a whole wall of mirrors. It feels very bad. If you have enough budget, you may consider booking this hotel. (There is no harm without comparison. Hotel price is not high, breakfast is very general, environmental sanitation is OK, right starting price. The construction is very noisy next to it, so be sure to live in the south. The little girl at the front desk felt very tired at work, no warm smile, no expression in speech, but there was a lady at the front desk who was superb and took the initiative to help us extend the check-out.

I booked a business single room, the bathroom and bathtub are atmospheric and comfortable. I took my son to soak in the hot spring outdoors and swim very happily at night. I will come again next time.
