Choosing Atour Hotel for this Haikou trip was definitely the right decision! I have to give it a big thumbs up. The location is absolutely unbeatable – it's right next to Wanghai Shopping Mall, DC Computer City, and Mingzhu Square, and just a ten-minute walk to Qilou Old Street. The hotel lobby is spacious and grand; you feel comfortable as soon as you step in. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and we were even more pleasantly surprised to find a smart delivery robot, which was quite cute. The room was impeccably clean and tidy, and the bed quality was excellent. The room attendant mentioned it was a Serta mattress, and it was exceptionally comfortable to sleep on. What really added value were the children's pillows and toothbrushes. The bathroom was very large, with a separate wet and dry area, and even a magnifying mirror for makeup – full of thoughtful details. Plus, the hotel has a laundry room and a fitness center, which is incredibly convenient for washing clothes and getting a quick workout during a long trip. Highly satisfied!

This is a new hotel, and both the service and facilities are excellent. It's also very clean. **Room:** Upon entering the room, you're greeted with a sophisticated tech experience, as the lights and curtains open automatically. The design is also very stylish. **Dining:** We held our baby's first birthday banquet here. The dishes were exquisitely prepared, and their temperature was maintained perfectly despite the busy banquet. The food was also served quickly. The staff's adaptability was impressive 👍; when we had last-minute additional guests, they promptly helped us with extra chairs and dishes, ensuring the dinner went smoothly. Thumbs up! **Breakfast:** The breakfast restaurant has a lovely ambiance, and the food selection was great. The staff were proactive in offering high chairs and promptly cleared empty plates. **Front Desk:** The front desk staff were welcoming and attentive, asking about our check-in experience and if we had driven, then proactively helping us register our license plate.

This is my second time staying here. It's a really small and beautiful hotel. The price/performance ratio is very high. The high-altitude view, night view and morning view are all beautiful. The robot delivery is very friendly. The staff are very friendly. The washing machine and dryer are also very popular with children. Highly recommended.

The hotel is well-situated, about a 30-minute taxi ride from the airport, which made getting around for business very convenient. The rooms are spacious, and the facilities are quite new. For breakfast, they even offer Hainanese rice noodles. Right opposite the hotel, there's a local market, and a Wenchang Chicken restaurant is also conveniently located for meals. I had initially booked two nights for business, but finished my errands earlier than planned. After communicating with the hotel via Ctrip, they were very accommodating and promptly refunded one night's fee. Excellent service!

My recent stay at the Real Madrid Holiday Hotel far exceeded my expectations. As a typical traveler, my top priorities are 'affordability' and a 'hassle-free experience,' and this hotel absolutely delivered on both. It boasts a convenient location with parking available for those driving. While the standard room wasn't overtly luxurious, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the soundproofing was excellent, the pillows were perfectly supportive, the bed offered ideal firmness, and the air conditioning was very effective. If your goal is to 'spend smartly and live well,' this hotel should definitely be on your radar. During the off-season, the price is just over ¥200 per person per night, yet you enjoy a four-star experience: a prime location, worry-free dining and stay, and service without any major issues. This is truly getting the most for your money – a genuine value-for-money choice.

I am really glad i found this gem here during my trip to Haikou . I stayed here for 5 days and it is a delight ! The hotel is only half hour from airport . There are many shops nearby and as a Muslim , there's a halal restaurant nearby which is around 2 -3mins walk away that sells amazing and cheap food. I ate there everyday because it was really good ! There's a mall too named Nanya plaza which is walkable ard 5-10mins walk. Room is HUGE AND CLEAN!!! Aircon is working well , water pressure are great at all times . Housekeeping is a nice old lady who will really clean my room everyday. Even i put do not disturb when i left , she still went in to only clear the trash bins and change the towels every single day . That's a nice gesture in my opinion as i would have loved if other hotel housekeeping would do that . Breakfast spread was quite limited and since i cannot eat most of it because it is not halal , they do have breads, boiled eggs and salads that i still get to enjoy for breakfast . Hotel staffs were kind and helpful . There is a big language barrier since they can't converse in English and i can't converse in Chinese but nevertheless they were patient with using the translation apps to accommodate us . I truly appreciate each and every one of them ! On another note , i think if the hotel have bidets in the toilet , that would be a win !!

This stay was fantastic! The hotel is in a great location, with shopping malls and restaurants nearby, making it super convenient for traveling and dining. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and it was very quiet at night, allowing for a good night's sleep. The front desk lady was friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick. The breakfast was varied, with both Chinese and Western options, and the food was delicious. It's a great value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again!

Very satisfied with the stay, the room facilities are complete, the bed is clean and comfortable, the hotel is in a good location, convenient for travel, the front desk service attitude is very enthusiastic, and there is brown sugar ginger water in the lobby

Pros: - Ideal location for individual travellers. There're lots of bus stops nearby the hotel & you can catch the right bus to almost all city sightseeings & shopping malls. It took us somewhere around 20 minutes to get to the hotel from the East railway station & about an hour to get to the Mailan airport. Sun & moon squire plaza is located just 15 minutes of walking from the hotel. There're lots of stores to go shopping & restaurants to eat for any taste there. Same way you can get to Hainan museum on foot. Qilon street, Hainan tropical wildlife park & botanical garden, Hainan golden temple Chengmai, Mission hills movie town & even Holiday beach can be reached by buses from this location. So if you prefer using the public transport during your trips, the hotel is really good for you - Lovely, helpful & friendly ladies at the reception desk. They let us store our luggage for several hours after checking-out, thank them for it - The room is clean, rather cozy & well-maintained. AC works good & the window view is also pleasant Cons: - The room was much smaller than it was declared. Still it was comfortable for us, as we didn't spend much time inside. But the room wasn't 33-35 squire meters, in reality it's 15 squire meters maximum - When other guests decide to talk on the phone in the hall, it's a bit noisy
