It's also very clean. **Room:** Upon entering the room, you're greeted with a sophisticated tech experience, as the lights and curtains open automatically. The design is also very stylish. **Dining:** We held our baby's first birthday banquet here. The dishes were exquisitely prepared, and their temperature was maintained perfectly despite the busy banquet. The food was also served quickly. The staff's adaptability was impressive 👍; when we had last-minute additional guests, they promptly helped us with extra chairs and dishes, ensuring the dinner went smoothly. Thumbs up! **Breakfast:** The breakfast restaurant has a lovely ambiance, and the food selection was great. The staff were proactive in offering high chairs and promptly cleared empty plates. **Front Desk:** The front desk staff were welcoming and attentive, asking about our check-in experience and if we had driven, then proactively helping us register our license plate.

Came to Haikou on a business trip, very elegant and tasteful hotel, newly decorated, clean and tidy, high floor and very quiet, good view, various details in the room are very humane (the wall lamp design at night is very clever and does not disturb sleep, there is a clothes hanging rod at the sink for convenient power supply and ironing, etc.), the bed is also very comfortable, the restaurant is also very stylish, various details are considered in place, in short, a surprising and satisfying experience!

Our stay in the family room truly exceeded all expectations! The hotel has clearly put immense thought and effort into its child-friendly setup. Not only were there adorable building blocks and a rocking horse, but each bed also had a charming teddy bear, which instantly thrilled our child upon entering – they immediately exclaimed, 'I love it so much!' The room itself was spotless, with bright and welcoming colors, and even featured a separate, cozy sleeping area for our little one, ensuring a very comfortable environment. The staff were exceptionally friendly and incredibly patient with children. For families traveling with kids, this is without a doubt a fantastic and highly recommended choice! Our child was thoroughly entertained, allowing the adults to genuinely relax. As a lovely parting gesture, they even provided some snacks and a small gift, which our child absolutely adored. The very next day, our child was still talking about wanting to stay at this hotel again. We wholeheartedly recommend this family room for any family visiting Haikou!

I stayed only a few hours as my return flight was early morning. I requested for take away breakfast at 5am as I checked out to go to the airport. Hotel staff said coffee house only opens at 6am. Therefore they were unable to prepare breakfast for me. I was thinking perhaps the staff could offer to get a bun and a packet of milk on their own initiative but sadly no one did it. When I was in Cambodia in May, the hotel staff provided packed breakfast when I told them I have to leave the hotel at 5am to go see sunrise. It was a good gesture from them

This time I stayed at Vienna Hotel (Haikou Qilou Old Street Provincial Government Branch) in Haikou. I thought it was just an ordinary stay, but I didn't expect to get a surprise far beyond my expectations. When I arrived, the female manager at the front desk (employee number 001) came forward in person and enthusiastically guided the parking, making the guests feel fully valued. The front desk guy Xiao Wei was also excellent. When checking in, he was professional and efficient. Walking into the hotel, the decoration showed the style of a five-star hotel. After staying for one night, the experience was excellent, and I chose to stay without hesitation. What surprised me even more was that the hotel actually provided airport delivery service! On the day of the airport delivery, Xiao Wei, a front desk staff member, accompanied me all the way. After arriving at the airport, Comrade Xiao Wei took the initiative to help open the car door and unload the luggage. This thoughtful and considerate treatment is difficult to achieve even for a five-star hotel. Vienna Hotel, with its enthusiastic attitude, high-quality environment and ultimate service, brought me an extremely comfortable stay experience. In addition, the hotel is in a very good location. It is close to Qilou Old Street, only 2 kilometers away, but it doesn’t feel as chaotic as living in Qilou Old Street. The hotel is next to Four Seasons Hotel, and many of them are shared spaces. Personally, I think that in comparison, the rooms at Vienna Hotel are larger, the room facilities are newer, and the door and lobby are more spacious, bright and beautiful.

Biz class Hotel which is accessible to nearby mall and food. Easily to call for DiDi. Room was large and spacious. Lack bidet for toilet. Breakfast was set menu and not western menu. Chinese meal to choose daily. Bathing water was great and warm as the weather was cool n wet.

The room is large and clean, and the service staff are very friendly. We also got a free upgrade. The key is that there is a parking lot for parking, and there are many local snack streets around. However, the room was a bit messy when we left. Everyone ignored it. It is worth recommending.

It's a very established hotel. Best thing is there are hot spring water in the room itself. And a hot spring pool to enjoy too. Can try if you like hot spring.
