Very nice and clean hotel! Loved the location, which is near a mall + supermart and with lots of eateries behind also! We could do our laundry free but the machine needs some time to figure out. Overall a very nice place, bustling location, but the sound proofing of the windows are pretty good!

Warmly greeted at reception and was upgraded to a family room. Staff brought us and our bags to the room, and made sure we were happy with it. Any queries or requests were instantly resolved. Beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and clean. Kids loved the xiaodu-xiaodu smart room controls. Hotel itself is walking distance to several malls, Starbucks and the WanLv garden. Downstairs is a ”must-try” renowned bakery. Good dimsum restaurant on the 3rd floor. A top choice if we visit Haikou again!

Was given a free upgrade to a large room with separate living room and bedroom and two toilets. The room was so good we could stay here for weeks! Location of hotel central and not too far from attractions. Buffet breakfast was delicious! For other meals, a short 10 minute walk takes you to many options at MixC shopping centre.

Second time staying in this hotel and enjoying. Really good price/value. Hotel is in a central area and nice to relax alone or in couple.

The hotel🏨 has very convenient transportation, complete facilities, very clean and comfortable, and the check-in hall is elegant. I went straight to the hotel🏨 to check in after getting off the plane yesterday. The front desk staff of the hotel was dressed in formal attire and smiled😊, which made me feel very friendly. Especially Manager Chen👩💼 has skilled business skills, answers all questions, and provides thoughtful services to guests everywhere. I must give a thumbs up👍 Thank you for the service of your hotel, which makes me feel that I will really come to Haikou again. I will stay in this hotel with super cost-effectiveness🏨 I like it💕 I love it😐 The breakfast environment is also good👍 The coffee☕️ is delicious😐

I had a great experience at this newly opened hotel in 2024. The location is ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions. One of the standout features was the AI in the room, which made the stay feel extra convenient and modern. The reception staff, especially Dawn, was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a tech-savvy and comfortable place to stay.

Great location (though 30 mins from the airport). The staff were helpful and upgraded our room. The hostel is in the middle of town and around the back is the bus stop for the #3 on/off tourist bus which takes you to the beach and harbour areas. A 2 hour round trip, so a nice cheap way … 5CNY (have the correct cash) to see the area. Lots of food options in the area, but make sure you eat up at lunch time as most places were not open at dinner time.

This stay was a wonderful encounter that is unforgettable, starting from the fast and thoughtful service of Xiao Ming at the front desk, to the warmth of every staff member. The breakfast was delicious, especially the bowl of local specialty soup noodles, which was absolutely amazing~ and left a deep impression on me.

Service: After informing the store that we would arrive at midnight, the store prepared a guide video in advance, which was very clear. We also checked in online, which was quite convenient. The communication was quite smooth throughout the whole process. Environment: The location is friendly to self-driving parties, and the surrounding environment is quite comfortable. It is right by the sea, and there are several 24-hour convenience stores downstairs. Facilities: The two-bedroom loft is very new, with complete basic facilities and good decoration. Hygiene: It’s okay, the ceiling of the toilet is a little moldy or something. The toilet is relatively low hahaha The sea view is really good, but it’s a pity that the weather is not good~ Overall recommendation!

I came to Hainan for work and had 12 hours of free time. I discovered this designer hotel by accident. As a senior designer hotel wild experience officer, how could I miss this novel trip? Facilities: Although the hotel is a renovation of an ancient building, it has all the facilities, including a mini bar, a Panasonic hair dryer, and a high-quality shower. Stay in a garden view suite, and there is also an elegant tea room. However, the window leads directly to the open air. I hope the hotel can post reminders on the glass to prepare northerners for the open air Hygiene: Located in the Qilou Old Street, it is modern and simple. And in the south, there are indeed more mosquitoes than in the north. The overall hygiene is actually very good. The hotel also introduced that mosquitoes will be disinfected three times a week, but it is impossible to achieve 100% absolute insect removal, so friends in the north remember to turn on some mosquito coils before going to bed. Environment: Integrating the culture of southern Fujian, the hotel with Hainan intangible cultural heritage buildings has some unique flavors in design. In the three-story ancient building, we can see the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage and the wooden flower windows that dialogue with the past. The old objects in the hotel are displayed one by one, which is very worth watching and tasting. I don't know much about Minnan culture. I hope to go there next time, so that I can see some text introductions next to each old thing. The hotel is located in the Qilou Old Street Pedestrian Street, and it is an ancient building, so the sound insulation is not as perfect as that of a star hotel. This time I checked in and encountered the construction of the old street in the morning, so if you are a light sleeper, you should consider sacrificing the scenery and changing to a room on the street side, which will be quieter. Food: ”Good taste” is an indispensable part of a wonderful event. I didn't have time to experience afternoon tea, but I was very happy that I didn't miss the exquisite and rich breakfast with excellent taste. Seafood noodles and Hainan noodles are absolutely recommended! The hotel butler introduced that the food is freshly made to ensure that the taste and flavor are presented to the guests in the best state. I hope that the hotel can boldly promote its own food in the restaurant. Service: As a designer hotel, most of the time it is a one-to-one butler service. It can be said that this butler service is naturally very consistent with the title of ”butler”. A hilarious episode: On the night of check-in, I opened the window of the sky garden because I was curious about the scenery outside the window, causing a palm-sized Spiderman to break into the room. As a northerner, I was still too alert to the fact that there were insects in the open air. After determining the location of the spider, I called the housekeeper to deal with it. I thought a boy or a ”master” would come to drive away the Spiderman, but I didn't expect that the check-in lady with a super sweet smile came to rescue me with a mop. I know that girls will be more or less afraid of insects, but the super sweet smile The lady still bravely solved the problem. It's really a great hotel. Thank you for each of your housekeepers protecting and caring for me like a family member. The hotel is a pet-friendly hotel. I met a guest with a dog on the day of check-in. If you mind your pet, the housekeeper will guide you back to the room first. Here is a small suggestion. The front desk is relatively small. Considering the different needs of different people, the housekeeper can actually take the guests to check in in the room, which avoids the embarrassment of guests who are afraid of pets and guests with pets at the front desk at the same time. Of course I know that this is very hard for the housekeepers, it's just a small suggestion~ Overall, I am very satisfied with this designer hotel. There is definitely room for improvement, but I believe that the hotel's enthusiasm and professional service will definitely make this hotel better. I look forward to coming to Haikou again, I can say goodbye to all the housekeepers like going home.
