The best hotel and service we ever went to. We had an excellent time at creations-museum-hotel, from our arrival we were welcomed by a cup of tea. Tracy and Violet helped us during our stay for everything from the taxis, to restaurants and even nail polish remover! Everything was perfect, the breakfasts were lovely, they changed slightly over the 2 nights we stayed at the hotel. We had an afternoon tea with fresh baked cakes and a coconut panna cotta. The tea they provide that you can buy here is lively especially the red Hainan tea. We might go back to Hainan just to come back to this hotel.

We Love Langham as the decoration is classy and smells good ! Sally serve us and was prompt and helpful understanding our night flight can be delay! a definite good recommend!!!We got a birthday deco and a cheese cake served too!!!

The Hilton hotel is a very busy hotel, but they have relatively good service. Check in was efficient and I could go to my room even though I checked in before 1pm. So thank you for that, when I went to my room there was a bad sewer smell in the hall, but housekeeping got an air purifier installed in The hallway and that smell was gone for the rest of the stay. The room was clean, bed soft and view lovely. The hotel is a little off from the main attractions of Qilou old street/ century bridge but a short didi ride brought me to those locations in no time. Breakfast was delicious but had a small variety. The breakfast time is very busy make sure to check the little note at the front desk, I didn’t see it and went at the busiest time of breakfast rush. I had a nice stay here only thing to complain about is, the hand wash/ lotion is placed so far away from the sink, I had to squeeze myself between the tub to go and get some after a shower. Amazing Stay at Sofitel Haikou – Exceptional Service & Perfect Location! Our stay at Sofitel Haikou was truly fantastic, and a big shoutout to Howard—he was an absolute lifesaver! From day one, he took great care of our family, helping us find the best restaurants and even calling to make reservations for us. This was our first time in China, and since we don’t speak Chinese, getting a taxi or ordering food was quite challenging. Howard made everything so much easier for us! The room was incredible—spotlessly clean, with super comfortable bedding and even a TV built into the bathroom mirror! We stayed on the 28th floor, and the view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. Breakfast was fantastic! If you’re new to Chinese cuisine, this is the perfect place to start. The variety was amazing—delicious dim sum, noodle soup, Chinese-style fried eggs (a must-try!), flavorful Chinese soups, and so much more. The location is excellent. Situated in the CBD, you can easily walk to several shopping malls and cafés. Just step out of the hotel lobby, and within 200 meters, you’ll find great spots like the Chinese tea café CHANGEE. Overall, we had an amazing experience, thanks to the warm hospitality, luxurious rooms, and prime location. Highly recommend Sofitel Haikou for anyone visiting the city!

The location is great, right in the city center. It's very convenient to get a taxi and is close to everything. I was traveling alone, and the elevator only works with a card, which is very safe. The place is very clean, and the takeaways are delivered by robots. The front desk staff is also very friendly. If I come again next time, I will choose this place again.

This budget-friendly and comfortable hotel absolutely deserves a glowing review! The free parking lot has ample spaces, making parking effortless and stress-free. The buffet breakfast was simply a feast for the senses, offering a rich variety of dishes, beautifully presented, and the taste was simply superb – every bite was pure delight. The well-equipped laundry room easily handled all our washing needs, adding immense convenience to our trip. The rooms are spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and the bedding is wonderfully soft and comfortable, all at an affordable price. Staying here felt like finding a cozy haven on our journey. I'll definitely be back for my next trip!

Facilities: While the facilities may be a little dated, they were much better than anticipated. The hotel boasts a classic, understated charm and offers excellent value for money. Environment: The environment is beautiful, providing scenic views of Wanlv Park, particularly stunning at sunset. Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Service was efficient, with amenities replenished promptly. Service: The service was incredibly thoughtful and welcoming. Overall, the hotel's prime location and beautiful surroundings are definitely its biggest highlight. Guests can easily walk to shopping areas, admire stunning sunset vistas, enjoy a leisurely stroll in the adjacent Wanlv Park, and savor local specialty dishes nearby. This hotel offers exceptional value, making it a top choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Hotel was in a good location with many malls within walkable distance. Check-in was smooth without any issues. Room was really spacious and similar to what was shown in trip.com. All amenities were available as described and you can feel free to request anything from the front desk. One minor inconvenience was that the aircon was unable to cool the bedroom below 24°C. Ms Chen 陈小姐 and her team did a splendid job in serving us, from Check-in to Checkout. All of them do so with a smile on their faces. Overall, highly recommended without breaking the bank for a 4* hotel that was opened in 2024.

Our stay in the family room truly exceeded all expectations! The hotel has clearly put immense thought and effort into its child-friendly setup. Not only were there adorable building blocks and a rocking horse, but each bed also had a charming teddy bear, which instantly thrilled our child upon entering – they immediately exclaimed, 'I love it so much!' The room itself was spotless, with bright and welcoming colors, and even featured a separate, cozy sleeping area for our little one, ensuring a very comfortable environment. The staff were exceptionally friendly and incredibly patient with children. For families traveling with kids, this is without a doubt a fantastic and highly recommended choice! Our child was thoroughly entertained, allowing the adults to genuinely relax. As a lovely parting gesture, they even provided some snacks and a small gift, which our child absolutely adored. The very next day, our child was still talking about wanting to stay at this hotel again. We wholeheartedly recommend this family room for any family visiting Haikou!

The room was visibly worn but you can see they still take great care in trying to maintain the cleanliness and functionality. Toiletries provided are of good quality and the tubs were clean too. Service from the front desk and housekeeping staff were top notch - they even called after we checked into the room, to see if we were satisfied with the room given! The front desk staff were extremely helpful and even offered to help us find where we could get local SIM cards and attractions to visit. I am super wowed by them. Breakfast spread was decent and had a nice variety of both western and oriental options. The restaurant provides children cutlery and baby chair upon request. Just remember to take note of the gate/entrance you are at when calling for a ride because there's a few different doors.
