酒店位置不算差。在海口市中心明顯是原來的七天改造的衞生間非常的小。乾濕分離也做的不好。房間改造得不錯有任何問題酒店業能及時處理態度非常好但是潮氣非常大房間有明顯的潮氣味道

**團購定的雙床房入住前告知沒有房了 逼得初來乍到沒有落腳點的我和朋友臨時訂高價房 前台安排的一個馬桶有問題投影儀壞掉的房間我們也忍了 退房的時候要求用微波爐加熱一下食物被告知沒有微波爐 服務態度真的讓人寒心 不讓用團購就不要賣 旅遊計劃被打亂 細節影響出遊的心情 奉勸大家不要來 抵制這種環境設施態度差服務態度更差的無良酒店

重新裝修後環境倒是可以，可惜店家把錢花在刀把上。寧可砸錢到設備上，也不願意升級一下網絡，
睡醒的時候發現了床單上還有別人的毛髮（本人寸頭不存在如此長的頭髮），衞生間的沖水馬桶安裝不到位水流了一個晚上有點吵，最大的噱頭就是奔着投影看電影來的，然後要想正兒八經看還要花幾十塊充會員，好不容易開始看了，網絡五分鐘卡七八次，清晰度一降再降才能勉強流暢看，然後還動不動斷網，體驗極差

來海口第二天住的房間，床超級大，睡得很舒服，位置方便，就在馬路旁邊，公交車站也很近，去哪都方便。擔心在路邊會吵，小姐姐特意給我一個靠近小區的房間，挺安靜的，第二天就離開海口去了三亞，推薦這家住宿。

不過有一點服務慢了點。剛入住的時候覺得投影有點問題，然後跟前台溝通了，説會讓一個大姐過來看一下。結果等了半個小時😓

頭一次住酒店門鎖是壞的，用客房電話打給前台電話也是壞的，後面來了個保安，他來了就説門鎖壞了，我看不出來壞了嗎，我問他怎麼解決，他直接説把門栓扣上就行，那你們還裝什麼門鎖，都用一條鏈子扣上就好了啊，後面換房，換的第一個房間煙味特別重，前台説是阿姨剛打掃完的，又給我們換房，一直強調給我們升級了，我説不升級也行，我就要我原來的那種房型，前台説沒有了，要麼就雙床要麼就這個房間了，行，那就這樣，全程所有工作人員沒有一個説不好意思對不起的話，反而給我們做了個不想要的升級一直在提。還有早上辦入住的時候説是幫我們免費要延遲到3點退房，等到今天退房了説就算我們延遲到3點，不收我們一個小時費用，什麼叫就算，施捨給我的嗎，我不知道你們怎麼溝通的。其他的都無所謂，畢竟價格就在那裡，但是你們最基本的安全應該弄好吧，工作人員沒有一點歉意，
