Still my favorite place to stay in Haikou! Conveniently located in a central location that is close to many places, this hotel is worth the price. The amenities are still very modern and new and the smart rooms are a nice touch. I want to especially highlight the hotel concierges who go out of their way to ensure guests are well taken care of. I booked a room but was delayed by travel changes, and the front desk concierge named 言熙 went above and beyond to help me ensure my luggage was able to be kept safely stored before I could return to pick it up. With so many places to choose from to stay in Haikou these days, it’s really the staff that makes me want to come back and stay here

是一家比較智能的酒店哦，酒店大門進去就香香的，第一感覺比較好，房間裏面也很乾凈，在馬路邊，晚上也沒有很吵，隔壁是皇家假日酒店可以吃早茶，離海南大學南門夜市、騎樓老街都比較近，出行扣滴滴就可以了，滴滴很便宜還不會被坑

我是攜程的磚石會員，攜程定酒店不下百次沒有給過一次差評，這次是我住過體驗最糟糕的一次、酒店5星好評我都懷疑是哪裡來的，都是刷單麼，
作為一個新酒店 靠馬路 居然毫無隔音可言，馬路邊半夜都是大貨車 還有空調外機的聲音 吵的根本無法入睡，硬抗到半夜兩點 實在受不了 致電前台 沒有房間換就算了，自己酒店什麼情況自己不清楚麼。連個降噪耳塞都沒有
半夜兩點出門找便利店買耳塞 半小時後無功而返，至凌晨五點 迷迷糊糊眯了一小時，去退房的時候店長怕我給差評 提議給我取消訂單 賠付我100塊，我沒同意，我不差這一百，這樣的酒店自身不整改 真心是坑人。一個2022年開業的酒店居然不做隔音
第二天還有事，一夜沒睡 今天算是廢了
入住前還是謹慎考慮吧

酒店很新，位置也很方便，前台晶晶、沐子服務很不錯，五星好評。住了3晚，每天出門前都讓打掃一下，然而第二天的頭髮絲，第三天還有，枕頭也是…不可描述。關鍵是還在床上發現了食物碎屑！！！簡直不可思議，想着最後一晚，全副武裝勉強睡了一晚，想必打掃衞生的同事着實有點“辛苦”吧

下船已經是十一點多了，決定就在海口住下了，這家酒店看着風格蠻小清新的，就來了。
整個酒店屬於智能酒店，麻將雖小五臟俱全，屋子其實不算很大，不過整體很乾凈，而且全體都是智能控制的！！有小度，還可以通過手機連結遠程操控開關燈、開空調等等，可以在回酒店之前把空調打開，真的牛！
要感謝沐子和晶晶，服務非常到位！！
