This hotel is rubbish. You have to pay for parking yourself. The hotel is shabby, noisy, and has poor sound insulation. There is no hot water in the shower. Very bad...

I checked into the hotel late at night. The toilet in the room I was given was very poor. The service staff had a very negative attitude. There was no compensation for the result. I didn't notice that it was a windowless room when I booked it. I thought it was just a one-night stay and I was going to Sanya the next day, so I didn't take it seriously. But the room smelled so bad. I turned on the ventilator all night and it still smelled so bad. It wasn't a stench, but a very strong smell of air freshener. I wanted to upgrade the room type, but the front desk said there were no rooms. I hope the hotel can pay attention to the dosage of the air cleaner.
