I am really glad i found this gem here during my trip to Haikou . I stayed here for 5 days and it is a delight ! The hotel is only half hour from airport . There are many shops nearby and as a Muslim , there's a halal restaurant nearby which is around 2 -3mins walk away that sells amazing and cheap food. I ate there everyday because it was really good ! There's a mall too named Nanya plaza which is walkable ard 5-10mins walk.
Room is HUGE AND CLEAN!!! Aircon is working well , water pressure are great at all times . Housekeeping is a nice old lady who will really clean my room everyday. Even i put do not disturb when i left , she still went in to only clear the trash bins and change the towels every single day . That's a nice gesture in my opinion as i would have loved if other hotel housekeeping would do that .
Breakfast spread was quite limited and since i cannot eat most of it because it is not halal , they do have breads, boiled eggs and salads that i still get to enjoy for breakfast .
Hotel staffs were kind and helpful . There is a big language barrier since they can't converse in English and i can't converse in Chinese but nevertheless they were patient with using the translation apps to accommodate us . I truly appreciate each and every one of them !
On another note , i think if the hotel have bidets in the toilet , that would be a win !!

I chose this hotel for its location. I just stayed for one night, but I was pleasantly surprised by the helpful staff (including the women whose names are on the yellow postit in my photos) - when I checked in late at night I was upgraded to a larger room by them. Breakfast was tasty and varied, and my room was clean and quiet.

I stayed only a few hours as my return flight was early morning.
I requested for take away breakfast at 5am as I checked out to go to the airport. Hotel staff said coffee house only opens at 6am. Therefore they were unable to prepare breakfast for me.
I was thinking perhaps the staff could offer to get a bun and a packet of milk on their own initiative but sadly no one did it.
When I was in Cambodia in May, the hotel staff provided packed breakfast when I told them I have to leave the hotel at 5am to go see sunrise.
It was a good gesture from them

Location was not that great for food. Only mini marts, grocery shops and pastries nearby. About 2km walk to Qilou center
Room was clean and reasonably big.
Staff tried their best and are helpful
