If you come to Haikou to watch a performance with a good mood, I really discourage you from staying here. I chose this hotel because I saw on Ctrip that it was a four-star hotel. It takes more than 20 minutes to walk to the performance venue, and you can upgrade to a suite. It was already past 7pm when we arrived at the hotel. We put down our luggage and went out to play. We returned to the hotel at around 3am in the morning. When we got into bed, we found that every bed was making noises. We called the front desk from the room, but the call was completely unresolved. We went downstairs to the front desk to ask for a room change. The front desk said that there was only one room left in the hotel. Without any assistance from the hotel staff, we crossed the garden and changed to a room on the fourth floor of another building. It was already past 5am at this time. When we got to the fourth floor, we found that the carpet was extremely dirty. When we entered the room, we found that the sheets and quilt covers had obvious stains. The floor of the room was also dirty. There was garbage. I had called Ctrip to deal with it. After waiting for a while, the front desk came up and said sorry. They also emphasized that Haikou encountered a typhoon, so their hotel was like this. Then they said that they should not change our room because this is a decoration floor. I also pointed out that first of all, the typhoon is completely understandable. I have no complaints about the appearance of the hotel, but the typhoon should not affect the hygiene of the bed in the room. It was more than five in the morning. I changed to a room on the decoration floor. I couldn’t rest during the day. The room was dirty. At this time, the front desk said to take another look and then left. Ten minutes later, another room attendant came up and said he would take me to see other rooms on the ninth floor. It was already past six in the morning. I asked why there were other rooms and why this was the only one. Of course, I was sleepy and angry at that time. The room attendant told me not to get excited and kept saying that it was a typhoon in Haikou. I was speechless at this point. I was taken to see two rooms on the 9th floor. One room had a sewer odor, and the other had less odor, but the pillow was dirty. What was worse, there was blood on the mattress. I was almost going crazy. What kind of hotel was this? Finally, I was moved to another room. It was already past 7 in the morning, so I just went to bed. When I woke up in the morning, I saw that the room was covered in dust, so I quickly checked out and left. The room change process lasted nearly two hours, and no one from the hotel helped with the luggage. When I left, the front desk did not apologize and checked out in just four seconds. I complained to Ctrip for a few days, and at my request, a housekeeping manager of the hotel called to apologize the day before yesterday. Their attitude of apology was that they had been apologizing all the time, and that I had been changing rooms because I was dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness. The front desk did apologize when I left, and I told him to watch the surveillance video, and I also took photos and recorded videos. They kept asking me if I had any demands, and I said compensate me for my time. I went to Haikou to travel and have fun, not to stay in a shabby four-star hotel full of lies, no service, and so shabby. First of all, the service and subsequent apology attitude of this hotel are extremely poor. Is it because it is a hotel of the China Institute for Reform and Development? If you don't have the ability to do market-oriented reception, just be a government reception hotel, and don't act so condescending. This hotel usually charges more than 200 yuan per room, but sells it for more than 800 yuan when there are performances. The mattress has blood stains, and the sheets, quilt covers and pillowcases all have detailed stains. Is there no one supervising at all? I complained to Haikou 12345, but in the end it was nothing. If you need to stay in this hotel, please be cautious. The room was very clean, and I was upgraded to a suite for free. It was very comfortable with my children. The breakfast is very rich, which solves the problem of eating. The swimming pool is very clean. My children come here every day to play in it and refuse to come out. Next to it are the hot spring pool and fish therapy pool, which are clean. When you soak in the hot spring, someone will bring you warm water. The service is very good. I will come again next time.

It belongs to a Chinese reform hospital and is relatively standardized in all aspects. The rooms are clean and warm, the breakfast is rich and tastes good. It is relatively quiet with a view of the garden. There is also a swimming pool, which you can visit in the summer.

房間乾淨，但設施比較老，離五源河體育場很近，酒店有班車接送，服務很好，陪孩子老看演唱會，給了演唱會的伴手禮，還很幸運的抽到了獎勵，給房間佈置的很應景，看演唱會可以來這家酒店。

酒店環境優美安靜，房間乾淨衞生，細節做得很到位，停車位充足，還有很大的泳池和泡温泉，家人玩得很開心，還送了兩個小孩早餐券，特別讓人感動的是酒店知道我們帶兩個小孩，在我們入住前，提前把兩個小床拼成了大床，狠狠給個贊！下次還會再來。感謝酒店的貼心！
