The room facilities are poor, the walls are dirty, the cleaning is not clean, the air conditioner drips onto the sofa, the toilet is clogged, and the elevator is broken. The service attitude was poor. I discovered a problem within an hour of checking in and asked to change rooms, but they refused. This was the worst stay I have ever had.
