There are spider webs in the bathroom, and the bathroom is very small.  The elevator is weird. One side can go to the underground floor, and the other side can only go to the ground floor. However, when the button is pressed, the elevator to the underground floor does not move. It is extremely inconvenient to go to the first floor to change elevators. The road where the hotel is located is very inconvenient. Container trucks are everywhere. Not only are the traffic jams severe, but the roads are also rugged. The sea outside the hotel is very dirty. And you can't see the sea from the windows. The accommodation this time was a complete failure. Poly Real Estate’s house is not good. I will not consider it again from now on.

The housekeeper at the front desk has a good attitude towards the property management. The room is neat and clean. Parking is very convenient. There is a supermarket and convenience store downstairs. If you have any problems, the housekeeper will deal with them in a timely manner. It is a famous hotel with high cost performance and is worth recommending.

The restrooms were clogged and the shower was all over the floor. I couldn't get electricity without connecting to WiFi. I don't know why the power was cut off in the middle of the night. I had to go downstairs to scan the code and reconnect to WiFi before I could get electricity. I came here at 3 o'clock in the middle of the night and it was 11 o'clock. Started to push back, the accommodation experience is very bad! ! !

The room is okay, but the hygiene is not very good. There are a lot of hairs in the bathroom on the floor. The paper towels are also of poor quality. The sound insulation effect is not very good, but this is the only thing for affordable rooms.

開始以為不是海景房，作為剛下飛機的過度酒店很合適，沒想到早上拉開窗簾就是海景，這樣的價格住海景房，真的很值得。為啥便宜可能是因為在碼頭旁邊，但是關上窗户也還好，推薦。

衝著海口灣海景去的…剛好趕上晴天簡直不要太出片，管家服務非常細緻 從入住到離店都會細心提醒各項注意事項，且耐心的介紹周遭值得去的地方，最最最安利的是房間 原以為這個價位的loft非常狹窄，結果大大超出預期 簡約而不簡單 事業非常開闊…性價比拉滿 超值且超期的一次體驗

房間很乾凈，窗外景觀得天獨厚，位置優越，入住體驗佳，太棒了！ 最後補充一點前台小姐姐很漂亮態度很好嘎嘎喜歡🥰

地段不錯，臨近海邊，晚上還能吹吹海風！房間舒適明亮！晚上也比較安靜，非常滿意！下次還來！

設施：房間裏該有的應有盡有 衞生：衞生打掃的很乾凈 環境：周邊環境優美，樓下就是海邊 服務：從抵達酒店所有的工作人員都很和善，因為帶了小朋友行李比較多前台小哥哥，也是親自幫我把行李搬到房間。小朋友也很喜歡這裏。滿分

不錯不錯，管家小哥還給我我們做了免費升級，住的複式公寓，1廳2室2衞，空間寬闊，乾淨衞生。客廳和房間還可以看到無敵海景，超筧！
