HL's service at the front desk is particularly good, responsive to all requests, warm and thoughtful.
The room is large and has an indoor balcony. It would be perfect if there was a clothes drying rack on the balcony.

酒店衞生差，一樓大廳洗手間沒有紙巾，前台客服電話説話聽不清楚，服務差勁👎，不會再入住了，早餐居然沒有師傅，讓客人自己燙粉吃，酒店工作人員與客人一起用餐。

房間布草很高檔，很乾凈，針數很高，很舒服，窗簾質地很好尤其白色紗簾，回去家裡也換了同款。記憶枕很棒，不知道什麼牌子的，有空回覆一下。停車方便，電梯衞生希望加強一下，樓層防火門油漆補一下，邊上加防撞條，延長使用壽命。

整理來説不錯，我們是當天凌晨一點多到達的酒店，前台小姐姐跟我們説早上可以去吃早餐，非常貼心，本來是訂的兩晚，後面住了四晚，離市區都挺方便的。
