One of the best hotel I’ve stayed in. Love the design of the hotel. All staff were attentive and provided excellent service. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Will definitely stay in this hotel the next time I visit Hainan.

The best hotel and service we ever went to. We had an excellent time at creations-museum-hotel, from our arrival we were welcomed by a cup of tea. Tracy and Violet helped us during our stay for everything from the taxis, to restaurants and even nail polish remover! Everything was perfect, the breakfasts were lovely, they changed slightly over the 2 nights we stayed at the hotel. We had an afternoon tea with fresh baked cakes and a coconut panna cotta. The tea they provide that you can buy here is lively especially the red Hainan tea. We might go back to Hainan just to come back to this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, very pleasant staff. The breakfasts are very hearty and delicious. The room has everything you need. It is located right in the historical center of Haikou, but at night the hotel is quiet and sleeps well. There are good restaurants nearby. Located on a pedestrian street, the taxi stops to the side closer to the street near the Haikou Tower. —- Красивейший отель, очень приятный персонал. Завтраки очень сытные и вкусные. В номере есть все необходимое. Находится прямо в историческом центре Хайкоу, но ночью в отеле тихо и отлично спится. Рядом есть хорошие рестораны. Находится на пешеходной улице, такси останавливается в стороне ближе к башне Хайкоу.

Overall the experience is very welcoming and exclusive. The staffs are friendly and have good service. The hotel also served very well prepared and delicious breakfast, different from hotel buffet style. The room is very clean and spacious, it will be better if they have bigger tables in the room.

I like everything about the hotel. Be it breakfast, location, room or their staffs. We had a wonderful time staying in this hotel. Will recommend it to others who wants to visit Haikou.

The windows facing the arcade old street have a Monaco European style. In addition, the breakfast delivered to the room is also very rich and delicious, and you can once again feel the thoughtful and considerate service of the store. The bathroom space in the guest room is very spacious, and the facilities and supplies are also of high quality. I specially went around the floors of the store to the roof terrace, which is decorated with original oil painting galleries. It is a quality art homestay that is worth experiencing. Listening to the waiter's introduction, this homestay is a work that has won the International Architectural Decoration Design Award. There is one shortcoming in the accommodation process, that is, the parking space is not easy to find. Be sure to understand the location of the parking lot with the store in advance, and the store will send a waiter to pick up the luggage.

It feels like a stylish hotel. There are six rooms in the whole hotel. Each room has a different layout and style. The decoration details are very good. This time I stayed in the suite "Huan" on the third floor. There is only one room on the third floor. Next to it is the hotel's terrace. The suite has a space of more than 60 square meters. There are two small balconies inside. It may be because it is an old building. So I feel that the bathroom has a strong damp smell. The kind that can't be dispelled. The hotel has a superior location. It is right in the old arcade street. It is very convenient for shopping and eating. Their service is also very good. I called to ask about the parking lot before checking in. After arriving, a service staff will come to help with the luggage and check in. There is also a hotel explanation service. The service staff at the front desk are also very good. The service is thoughtful and patient. It is worth mentioning that their breakfast will select the staple food and egg set in advance. The taste is very good. It is still a relatively satisfactory hotel🏨🏨🏨

A very museum-like hotel, right at the entrance of the Qilou Old Street. I stayed in the newly renovated room of the Laoyi Building. There is an elevator on the third floor. The breakfast is nutritious and has a wide variety. Such a great location makes it very convenient to go shopping and eat! Next door is Beimei Coconut, the internet celebrity who specializes in coconut shells to get coconut eggs! Sitting at the tea table, you can see the bustling crowd in the arcade outside the small window! Park your car in the first parking lot. Take the elevator to the first floor of Area A and walk for two minutes. The housekeeper will come to pick you up in person. Report the car number before leaving and you will leave directly. Every service in the hotel is very considerate!

First of all, the location is really good, just on the main street of Qilou Old Street~ The hotel service is very good. We arrived very late on the day of check-in, and the staff came out to the intersection to pick us up. Thank you very much to that lady~ The hotel's breakfast is also very rich, the combination is also quite attentive, the fruit is very fresh, and the afternoon tea is also good~ The room is beautifully decorated, but the carpet is a bit awkward, and there is also a slight smell of formaldehyde at the head of the bed. Other than that, I am very satisfied~

The most satisfactory hotel in this Hainan trip, the details are very good in all aspects, the travel photography is also great, and handmade snacks are given when checking out! The waiters are really considerate, responding 24 hours a day, and truly putting the needs of customers first. The hotel is in a very good location. The rooms are very Nanyang style. The service is also very good. The afternoon tea prepared for the guests and the help in cutting fruits late at night make the guests feel warm. There are only two shortcomings in the facilities. One is that the hotel room is small and the space is a bit cramped. The water flow of the shower head in the guest room is not very smooth. Another thing is that the hotel does not have its own parking lot. It is very difficult to find a parking space nearby.
