I am back!!! Always great. Nice room, comfy beds, friendly staff and a great manager. Great location with many restaurants and tea shops. Walking distance from RT mart and a short bus ride to the old town and the beac.

There was a damp smell when I opened the door and there were stains everywhere on the floor. What made me even more speechless was that the air conditioner was not cool and I asked her to go to the room to check but she didn't come. The first time she called me she told me to turn it on again and again, okay. The second time I called her she said impatiently that she didn't know how to fix it and she wouldn't do it. The solution was that the third call asked me to give me a fan. I didn't agree and was willing to go to the room to get it. Obviously, the reason why the air conditioner broke down was because the room was installed knowingly. If there is a problem, it is not to help the guest solve it but to let the guest bear it.
