This hotel is great, we enjoyed a lot with kids. Architecture and designing is best.
Front desk is good and talk with us very friendly. Our washroom door broken by kids, and they changed to other big room free of cost.

與其説是酒店，不如説是公寓，房間一看就是公寓改的，不忍直視。進門就是迷你吧，有夜燈，放着水壺但是沒插頭。。。這是什麼操作？凳子也在角落，需要自己搬運。房間衞生差，發黴，打補丁，小童床螺絲鬆動，本來就是親子房卻沒準備小童拖鞋和小童洗漱用品，這些我忍了算了。然後居然在牀頭櫃發現一個白色物體，我以為是膠水，應為安裝了防護角，手*碰了下發現是口香糖。。。。我。。。。和前台説了這事，也沒提給我換房，衹是説讓阿姨清理下，想想太晚了也算了，本來定了兩晚果斷改成了一晚。到這裏心情已經是很不美麗了，發現房間有蚊子，所以我想打座機讓前台再拿一個，發現座機壞的打不出，然後我手機打了電話，被告知沒有多餘的電蚊液。。。我服了。。。第二天早餐也是一言難盡，感覺臨時拼揍的早餐廳。本來想全給0.5分的，但是想到剛到的時候有人幫我提了下行李，從門口到前台。。。

交通很方便，走走就到免税商店了，火車站就幾公里，海口基本去哪裡都打車，價格也便宜。房間面積挺大的，榻榻米能坐坐喝喝茶，酒店服務也挺不錯的，缺什麼打到前台可以讓機器人給送上來。

用地巾擦了下倒了的茶水，就説洗不掉了要賠償30元。茶水又不是染料，怎麼就洗不掉。難道你們家床單毛巾都是手洗，那到底有沒有消毒呢。榻榻米上座墊也沒有，靠背還是壞的一碰就掉，體驗極差。

中規中矩，對得起這個價格。酒店門口停車位少，有免費泊車服務。
就是住的時候稍微感覺有點潮濕，其餘的還都算可以。

房間一進屋有一股黴味，我們覺得是這邊潮，也沒太在意。
隔音真的是我住過酒店最差的！樓上洗澡，感覺好像在我自己房間洗澡的聲音！感覺衞生間下水管道完全沒有做隔音！樓道里聲音也很大！房間裏聽得很清楚！
第一天發現個蟑螂屍體！第二天發現個活的！老公直接用紙弄死了！忘了拍照留念！
服務還是不錯的！要加被子枕頭，很快就拿來了，需要東西，也都很快拿來了！有機器人，有洗衣機烘乾機！
被套是那種比較硬的，睡覺翻身都有很大的聲音！不過零壓床墊睡着還是挺舒服！平躺睡，腰也不疼！
綜合覺得，這個酒店，一般！😒
