Lina, the vice president of the lobby, saw we were with our baby and gave him a duck water gun to play with. We also ordered takeout and had it delivered to our room. 👍 They also delivered young coconut and passion fruit, and even sweet soup in the evening. I don't know if it's been raining in Hainan lately, but the young coconut is not sweet and sour, while the passion fruit is super sweet and delicious! The next day, after arriving at the port, I realized I forgot to take the coconut candy I ordered for takeout. I contacted Lina, and she helped me arrange for courier delivery, which was free to my home. 👍👍😘 Thank you

This is a rare and excellent five-star hotel these days! Excellent in every way! I will definitely return when I come to Haikou for a concert. The hotel staff was very helpful throughout the check-in process, from the moment I got off the bus. They even gave priority to those waiting in line with their luggage in a different lane. The shuttle bus and midnight snacks were recommended during check-in, along with complimentary fridge magnets. When I entered the room, I saw fruit and coconuts. The room amenities included Bulgari toiletries, self-adjustable air conditioning, a Dyson hair dryer, and complimentary soft drinks. The bed was made by hand, and sweet soup was provided to help me sleep. Five-star hotels are open to takeout and have a takeout counter. But! It was okay! I had the staff personally deliver it to my room! Some guests were let out quickly, so I even arranged for a makeup artist, so I didn't have to come down myself. The hotel staff were also very friendly. When I left, I left something behind, and it was handled quickly. It surpasses many five-star hotels in other cities, even those in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou. The value for money is truly excellent! The service was surprisingly good during the concert. The Shi Tuan concert is coming soon. I've recommended this to other guests.

I came here to watch Zhang Yixing's concert. The hotel service was excellent. The housekeeper Xiaoke contacted me in advance to confirm my needs and upgraded the Bvlgari bath. The room was decorated for the concert. The hotel is also very close to the venue. The free shuttle bus arranged by Haikou is only one stop away. The welcome fruit and the sweet soup provided by the turndown service were both very good. I highly recommend staying here if you want to watch a concert.

I stayed at the Art Hotel again during my second trip to Haikou. The room and facilities were as clean and excellent as ever, and I even got a free upgrade to a room with a fantastic view! The staff were attentive and made me feel warm and comfortable. I also want to thank our housekeeper, Gong Hainan, for her thoughtful room arrangements and the welcome fruit!

The hotel's facilities are excellent, with luxurious design and beautiful floral arrangements. Even the hand sanitizer is by Bulgari and the hair dryer is a Dyson. The hotel truly pays attention to every detail. We encountered a typhoon, but it didn't affect our stay overnight. My personal butler, Kiki, monitored my itinerary from the moment I checked in. The service was incredibly responsive, making me feel incredibly safe. On check-in day, they provided welcome fruit and desserts, and reminded me to be safe. I'm so grateful to my butler again for their attentiveness throughout my stay. It made me so happy. I also wish Kiki the best of luck in her work!
