What makes this hotel better than others is that they have a butler service. After the hotel receives the order, the butler will take the initiative to contact the guest in advance, carefully note down the guest's needs and prepare beyond expectations! It was already past ten o'clock in the evening when I arrived at the hotel on this business trip. Hailey was really considerate. She prepared fresh coconut and fruit in advance, and put a bowl of white fungus soup on the bedside. There was also a string of shell bracelets next to it. It was such a surprise. The bun was so beautiful... It was very ceremonial. Seeing these warm and thoughtful little surprises made my exhausted body feel happy and relaxed. The check-in experience was superb. We booked two rooms this time and both were upgraded to executive rooms. Thanks to all the service staff for preparing the crib and baby toiletries in advance. The breakfast and swimming pool were both great👍

She asked me what time would be suitable for cleaning the room and what I needed for the room. All my needs were responded to immediately! The hardware facilities of the hotel are also very new. I arrived at the hotel at more than 1 o'clock in the middle of the night. There was still someone to receive me at the door and help me with my luggage. Check-in was very fast. The people I met in the hotel were very enthusiastic. The location was also very convenient. It was very fast to take a taxi. It was very close to the duty-free shop and the Qilou Old Street. It was not far from the airport. In addition, the hotel's buffet breakfast and dinner were also good. Although it was not a sea view hotel like Sanya, the price and quality were really great! I will consider this hotel again for my future vacation~ Finally, the hotel is not like some hotels that ask for good reviews. It feels like it serves customers very sincerely.
