價錢是很便宜，交通很方便，樓下有公交站，小賣鋪之類的，不好的地方是，洗澡很不方便，廁所味道有點大，門還是壞的，屋子裡的東西有異味，甚至長黴，樓層很高，要是帶行李箱的會很折騰。
